My busy life! I have an hour commute to and from work, love to workout, and my two young boys are super busy, so we eat out waaaay too much. And because I work out, I starting thinking I could add the sugars/potatoes back in. Now I'm up over 10 lbs from my lowest.0 -

3. Orthopedist banned me from running or walking. Follow up appointment is August 19. Physical therapist recommended walking but Orthopedists nicked that too. So I am trying to get in a few bike rides.

Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? I tend to work long hours and by the time I get home I don't have a desire to do any physical activity. I'm trying to change this and do a workout before work, when I have more energy. I also tend to snack without paying attention. I'll be on the phone with someone and eating without thinking. I'm trying to be more conscious of this because I know it adds up throughout the day.0 -

Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? This week it has been my horrible bunion flaring up. Basically I couldn't wear shoes or even walk for several days. I exercised for the first time in about 10 days last night and it's getting better, yay for me. I binge eat when I get an obstacle like this usually, but so far no binges over it. )0 -

I was actually down to 174 a while ago, in June, but then we were moving and I had my birthday and have been totally off track for eating. Exercise is my easy part; it's the eating that destroys me. I need to get the re-gained 4 pounds back off and continue downwards to my goal of 150 pounds.
My biggest hurdle is, by far, mindless evening eating, especially in front of the tv. I need to either keep busy (have a bath, read) or get into bed earlier so that I don't end up bored/tired in front of the tv, stuffing my face.0 -
