Just for fun: Biggest set back- Alcohol, especially during the summer...I want nice fruity cocktails all the time grrr. But I have substituted them for vodka tonics, which are way lower in calories only 64, so when I feel like having a cocktail that is what I order.0 -

I got down to 146 when i woke up on Sunday morning and have 'gained' 5lbs in the last 72 hours! I'm not too upset though, I ran a full marathon on Sunday and haven't eaten thousands of calories over my maintenance level so I know it's a ton of water weight. Looking forward to seeing it fall off very soon!0 -
