I got down to 146 when i woke up on Sunday morning and have 'gained' 5lbs in the last 72 hours! I'm not too upset though, I ran a full marathon on Sunday and haven't eaten thousands of calories over my maintenance level so I know it's a ton of water weight. Looking forward to seeing it fall off very soon!0 -

Challenges this month:
1. Birthday Aug 7
2. Leaving for a cruise on Sunday Aug 11---cancelled due to husband's illness so never went
3. Orthopedist banned me from running or walking. Follow up appointment is August 19. Physical therapist recommended walking but Orthopedists nicked that too. So I am trying to get in a few bike rides.-- Got ok to start running but have to take very slowly.
Frustrations: I see the scale jumping around for no good reason. These last 12 (now 13.6lbs) have been a bear to lose. I am back to where I was 3 months ago, even though I have been on track with diet and exercise with the exception of 3 days in the past 7 months. How does anybody lose the last 15 lbs?0 -

Goal Weight: 130-140 lbs
Goal Weight for August 144 lbs.
Didn't quite make it, but I'm pleased with what I've done.
