    Congrats! I have a question though. I'm almost at the goal weight that i want and now I'm almost ready to maintain it. My Calorie intake is 1200. Would it be alright to jump to 1800 calories intake or should i raise my calorie limit by 100 every week so that my body will be used to it? Thanks
