    Wow!! You look fantastic! Amazing! I too am 5ft 10", my HW was 16st 2lbs, my LW 12st 7lbs and then I sprained my ankle badly, since then I'm somewhere in the middle! Nooo! Just got my motivation back. Love your sucess story, love all the sucess stories! How'd you do it?
