    I didn't have too much of an exercise regime to be honest, just some Zumba and Wii fit and walking. I used the Ab king pro for a while but saw more results with normal sit-ups and I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge too. Overall I didn't do a whole lot of exercise. I was very strict with my calories, reducing to 1200 per day after I had lost about 40lbs (MFP suggested) and stuck to that throughout. I didn't really count on the weekends and would eat/drink without being too strict on myself, and I'd eat less calories some days during the week to balance that out

    Thanks for all the comments, I am really proud of myself, and owe a lot of it to my lovely encouraging MFP pals :heart:

    Aweee!! That is fantastic!! That is a ton of hard work and diligent eating!! So proud and I know we don't know eachother, but I have been rejuvenated by you!! My weight loss has been slow.. down 14 pounds started at 213... ugh.. Its been 4 months and that's it, but I have lost a ton of inches... Did you have a time were the weight melted off? Was it slow in the beginning? Was eating the biggest factor or excersize for you.,.. Any advice? I want to be that happy, as happy as you are now.. You are beautiful inside and out, your strength and diligence is awe inspring.. Thanks!!
