Weight lost this week: +/- 0 lbs. Lot of weight fluctuation this week, kind of funny I ended right were I was a week ago. I'm assuming it is my approaching ToM is that is causing this. Feel a good bit bloated so that's the most likely answer. Just a bit frustrating since I busted my butt last week in the gym. Oh well, will see how I do in March! Going to set my March goal to my February goal since I did not meet it.

I'm actually in maintenance right now, so if my weight stays the same +/- a couple pounds I don't mind. I'm adding in cardio for a real slow weight loss until April. In April, I'm going back into a cut, so I hope to see most of my weight loss there. I really want to be down below 120 lbs, so if I just do a really slow weight loss from cardio, I think I'll hit it by the end of April!1 -
