Glad to see all those familiar faces again!! Here we are back for another round...I don't know about all of you but I know for sure that I need to get re-focused and routines re-established now that most of the holiday madness is over.
SW - 182.4 - March 2017
GW - 145 - reached Oct 2017
Current goal- to work on maintaining under 145
12/28 - 145.2 - coming in from round 26
Day/Weight/Comment
12/29 - 146.4 - blergh!!! another meal out and some beer last night at the hockey game...carb and sodium blip. Will get back on track with some good home cooked meals and work outs over the weekend.
12/30 - 145.2 - coming back down....
12/31 - 144.4 - a bit more bloat off...just in time for some NYE and birthday indulgences...LOL...one step forward...two steps back....next week will all be forward.
1/1 - Happy Birthday to me!!! 46 is going to be awesome!! - 145.4 - Homemade pizza and chocolate fondue last night. The boys are cooking today so I don't know what's in store, but I know it will be a lazy day.
1/2 - 147.2- I ate all the salty things yesterday...and a delicious butter tart sof something decadently sweet. Back on track today...I put on my work out clothes and head down to the elyptical and Kettlebells as soon as I've finished my breakfast that I weighed and logged...
1/3 - 145.8 - some of the bloat off...i think there might be a bit more left...
1/4 - 145.6 - better than up...my rolling 7day avg is up almost 2lbs from before Christmas so I think that's probably what I gained while not tracking and going nuts with holiday treats and drinks. Time to buckle down and get back on top of this. I'd like to get back to 143ish... I know it's only 2lbs and in the grand scheme of things that's not a big deal but I really felt good there and it gives me some wiggle room.
1/5 - 142.8 - I wrote a blurb for this crazy whoosh yesterday but didn't hit the post button...I apparently still had some crap in my system that a few days of good activity, hydration and eating flushed away.
1/6 - no scale - Hubby and I went into the city yesterday for my annual birthday shopping trip...extra needed this year as I have lots of too big clothes that need replacing. It felt so good to have everything I tried on fit nicely...size smalls and extra smalls!!! We spent the night so I didn't have a scale for my regular morning weigh in. We'll see if the pizza and drinks show up on the scale tomorrow.

12/29 - 135.4 - Yesterday under calories and a workout. Left ankle a little sore, but I have only 3.25 miles to go to meet December running goals.
12/30 - 135.4 - Yesterday under maintenance, no workout, ankle still sore.
12/31 - 135.0 - Yesterday under maintenance, ran 3.5 to finish December run goals.
1/1 - 135.6 - Yesterday 50 min elliptical, balanced by an unholy number of homemade lemon squares, way over! Happy New Year all, the journey continues!
1/2 - 136.4 - holy lemon squares, batman! However, did get a 7.3 mile long run yesterday, which is the longest in years.
1/3 - 135.4 - one holiday pound away! Yesterday under calories, ran to gym and did 25 minutes on a stairclimber.
About my Mini-Goal 5 of unwrapping my "Under 135" box of workout clothes!! -- I CHEATED a couple of days ago and wore the CW-X tights on my long run. They are A-MAZ-ING
1/4 - 135.4 - I seem to like this number. At least got a walk yesterday at lunch hour, up to maintenance on calories (unplanned ) Today: dental work woo hoo!
1/5 - 133.4 - Whoosh! was not expecting that. Maybe the crown I had replaced yesterday was quite heavy? Today back to working out!
1/6 - 133.6 - under calories yesterday and ran 3.25 miles. Super happy to see the 133's two days in a row! Gym today.

12/19: 158.0 Battling a cold, workouts on hold. At least Christmas decorations are almost done. Net calories red (barely), sodium green, fiber 20g & net sugar zero - how did that happen? 18c water. Fitbit 10,525 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 39 floors.
12/20: 158.0 Net calories red, sodium green, sugar red mostly from fruit, fiber 20g, and 16c water / trying to flush my cold away. Workplace snowshoe hike at lunchtime / 0.42 miles. Fitbit 11,013 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 32 floors.
12/21: 158.0 Little surprised / workplace Xmas party at lunch yesterday, then went overboard with Christmas peanut M&Ms while decorating at home. Still no workouts due to busy-ness and my cold. Fitbit 8,612 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours & 31 floors. Total guess for calories (did quick log instead of guestimating every bite) & 16c water.
12/22: 157.5 Day off from work, finished cleaning & decorating. Gave in to leftover pizza hubby brought home, but limited myself to two slices. 14c water. Fitbit 7,696 steps, 250+ steps 9/14 hours & 15 floors.
12/23: 157.5 Vacation/holiday, slept in, round trip by car 2 1/2 hours & niece's Christmas concert = sedentary afternoon. Wrapped presents in evening. Fitbit 8,753 steps, 250+ steps 8/14 hours & 16 floors. 12c water.
12/24: 157.5 Little surprised I'm maintaining, have been getting into Christmas candy since 12/22. Stopped logging food last night after supper & net calories red. But keeping active with Christmas preparations. No "workouts" this week except shoveling snow and snowshoeing. Fitbit 7,703 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 25 floors. 10c water.
12/25: 158.0 Christmas / dinner w/ extended family / not logging food or beverages / Merry Christmas friends!
12/26: 159.5 Yesterday was a day filled with faith, family, fun, food & adult beverages. Totally worth it! Now, to freeze some of the goodies so we don't eat them all up this week.
12/27: 160.0 Almost forgot to update...why are some habits so easy to break & forget? W-I not a surprise, have been enjoying Christmas goodies for several days & no treadmill since 12/15 oh my! Back at work, will get back to treadmill this week, I promise.
12/28: 161.0 Happy hour with former colleagues / enjoyed adult beverage & dinner / net calories red even before I got into pistachios for evening snack...ack!!! 13c water. Fitbit 7,873 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 26 floors. Considering I'm 3# up during the week of Christmas, not so bad. Used to be lots worse in past years.
12/29: 159.5 Net calories red & 12c water. Fitbit 9,124 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 34 floors. Getting back into my groove.
12/30: 159.0 Walked 3 mi. treadmill / 51:07. Fitbit 13,675 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 25 floors. Registered for my third Badger State Brewing 10K (3/31).
12/31: 161.0 Got into leftover Christmas goodies. 12c water. Walked 3 mi. treadmill / 50:31. Fitbit 12,434 steps, 250+ steps 914 hours & 11 floors.
01/01: 162.5 Expected: New Year's Eve splurged with hubby on special treats all evening long and did not log food or beverages. I'm sure net calories were horrendously red. Totally worth it! And now it's out of my system.
01/02: 163.0 Very sedentary day: car round trip 3 1/2 hours & niece's bday party, plus back hurting. Net calories red & 10c water.
01/03: 162.0 No treadmill since lower back still hurting. Net calories red 18, sodium & sugar both green, 14c water. Fitbit 7,577 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours & 30 floors.
01/04: 161.5 Tried an easy walk on treadmill 2 miles / 37:42, then my back stiffened up again. Reminder to self: don't overdo. Net calories, sodium & sugar (fresh orange juice & Activia yogurt) red but not horrible. 14c water. Fitbit 12,659 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 (boom!) hours & 35 floors.
01/05: 159.5 Little surprised, it was food day at work for coworker with Christmas bday, but I was very picky about what I ate & had very small portions, ate healthy rest of day. Guestimated & logged best I could. 13c water (not sure, kinda lost count). Not doing treadmill until my back doesn't twinge when I wake up, almost there! Fitbit 8,453 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 29 floors.
01/06: 159.0 Another surprise since I binged a little on mixed nuts in evening, but maybe 16c water helped. No treadmill, but lots stairs breaks at work. Fitbit 7,851 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours, 26 floors. Massage in evening did wonders for my lower back.

I've cut back on carbs the past couple of days. I don't plan to go too low - aiming for 40 net carbs/day - and about 90 grams protein, the rest good fats. I have to say that the fats are making me MUCH less hungry, so my calories are actually lower. New go-to breakfast -- half cup liguid egg whites microwaved with an ounce of aged Havarti cheese. YUM!
12/30 - 148.8
Moving the right direction - yay!
12/31- 148.6
This is a lovely surprise - not because I haven't been eating properly (I have), but last night my hubby made "fiesta chicken" with a seasoning packet (McCormick) and I almost couldn't eat it because of the salt. Holy sodium blast, Batman! I drank a ton of water all evening and knew I was retaining a lot of it, so I thought I'd be up this morning Yippee yay! (And no, he won't be buying any more seasoning packets without checking sodium!)
HAPPY NEW YEAR, ALL!
1/1 - 148.6
I just realized I had a typo yesterday - I was down, not up. And there again today. Good start to a bright (if cold) new year.
1/2 - 148.4
I can't seem to keep my carbs as low as I'd hoped (40 g net), but they're lower than they were, and that seems to be working. Feeling good!
1/3 - 148.8
AAACCCKKKKK! No, really, it's ok, because I've been right on track so I know it isn't real. But still....
1/4 - 148.8
I'm getting a bit frustrated. I've cut my carbs back to 20-30% and calories to 1400-1500, and I'm walking 30-60 min/day. No idea why it's so slow, other than I was 145-150 for years way back when.
1/5 - 148.6
Inchworm, inchworm....
1/6 - 149
Sodium, maybe. I'm sooooo frustrated.

1/5 didnt weigh— this week has shown me “good intentions” wont get me to my goal. I may have to accept that round 27 ( my first round here) wont be the loss I “hoped” for. I cant do the same next round. . I still have 2 more days... i’ll do my best.

Newbie here. October last year I got to my goal weight but the weight has been creeping back. Yesterday I fell while running and fractured my arm. I’m hoping this challenge will help me stay on track and not undo all my hard work, especially while I can’t exercise– also love the supportive vibe here . I’m Aussie so I might be a day ahead in the weigh-ins . Good luck everyone and happy new year!

R27SW: 263.5
Got a late start posting, as I’ve been on the road home through the Rockies for 3 days.
12/29 - 263.5
Starting my road trip today! My goal is to avoid all carbs during the drive.
12/30 - 262.8
Yay! I stopped a couple of hours into my drive to meet my aunt and her bestie for lunch. Both are really supportive of my journey and are on similar paths themselves. I was able to stick to just an ahi tuna steak, salad, and cauliflower mash for the meal, which set me up for most of the day! Stuck to protein-based snacks and stayed hydrated for the rest of the drive!
12/31 - 261.0
Awesome! I’m only 5 lbs away from my next goal, which is to lose 64 lbs; 20% of my starting body weight. And I only have about a 4-hour drive to get the rest of the way home. Can’t wait to see my man and my kitties!
1/1 - 261.0
Happy New Year! So happy to be home and able to sleep in my own bed again!
1/2 - 261.0
I’ve got a big day today and spent most of the night thinking instead of sleeping. I think I would have lost this morning if I’d had a full night of sleep! I’m hoping to get through everything today to spend my honey’s birthday with him tonight.

Caught up on some sleep! I feel much better.

Next Goal: Hit a healthy BMI 154.4'ish... Hit it twice, now to make it solid!!
Hold steady aroung 159 through December.
End of R26 162.5
12/29 - 162.4 ... Today is my 'Healthy Me' Day!! A year ago today I DECIDED to change up my life and I think I have pretty much done it. I still need to lose this Christmas extra and about 5/10 more lbs, but I am feeling great about myself. I enjoy this group and (not including the 'extra') have lost over 20lbs since becoming a part of it. My biggest lessons are (1) my daily weigh-ins aren't just fat they can be due to water/sodium/washroom/stress. (2) Small changes like walking every lunch break/taking my lunch to work/planning my meals. (3) Always get back to it, I'm gonna have days where I want to live it up... I just have to get back on track. (4) I don't time my goals, I just work towards them.

1/5 - 163.1 ... Still moving forward. Packed lunch had my lunch break walk and SO and I went out again last night.

12/30 - ? - no scale, still at home
12/31 - ? - no scale, still at home
1/1 - ? - no scale, still at home
1/2 - 227.8 - moment of truth after 9 days at my parent's house with all the old habits that got me where I was, so naturally it's no shocker I'm up basically 9 pounds over the holidays (it's like a pound per day 0.0) but I didn't do much activity and didn't eat well so I'm not surprised. Some is likely water retention and honestly I'm not really bothered because I had a good time and I'm back in the city where I can go back to my usual routine. No regrets, I had an excellent holiday, now back to work.
1/3 - loss - What I like about this thread: posting everyday keeps me accountable and motivated and honestly I think is one reason I've been successful (holidays excluded). What effects me in a less than awesome way: people judging my weight loss. Solution: until I can get over myself, I'll just post a gain or loss in relation to the last day. Staying in the right mindset is important to this journey, actual weight will be posted when it makes sense for me.
1/4 - loss - eating is within bounds but I've been so busy at work that I've been working through lunch, I miss my lunch walks, hopefully next week will be better. In the mantjme I will fucus on what I can do and keep my good intentions.
1/5 - gain - only slightly but that's ok, had a glass of wine yesterday so it makes sense. Goal for the weekend is to get food figure out because there's no way I'm going for a walk when the temperature is -20 to -30 outside. Cold AF buddy, even the pengiuns are hiding inside!
1/6 - loss - how? Ate after 8 with a glass of wine no less (to be fair it's only .2 but clearly the way my body works is still a mistery to me). On the bright side, the bottle is done so all the holiday booze temptations are gone. Praying for the end of this cold snap up here so i can go outside again without freezing off a limb.

A New Year's gift from my scale, completely undeserved. I was 158.5 on 12/28 so I'm not too proud of the last few days. I'm not through with the risky season because my birthday is coming up, but although I've been overeating at least I'm more or less maintaining. Thanks for the shout-out and nudge quiltingjaine I don't really have treats at home, it's at work that I do the most damage. Then I come home and overeat things like Ezekiel bread and almond cheese, lol.
01/02: Forgot to weigh
Oops. Having a good day, though.
01/03: 158.5
Rewarded for two days of eating better. Went over calories a bit today, though. 3rd day no added sugar.
01/04: 158.5
Holding steady. Doing well with food, not so much with exercise.
01/05: 158.0
Back in my routine. Helps not to have holiday stuff lurking in the break room any more.
01/06: 157.0
Led a fun nature walk today at work, we celebrated International Silly Walk Day. It takes more energy than you think to Silly Walk a little ways.3 -
@quiltingjaine My gif was a change for New Year. Bouncy Smiley was becoming too true. I've been up and down so much lately. All self-inflected, of course. Lol!
I was going to give this a rest, but thought better of it. Lol! I need the discipline after December. Not weighing was a big mistake over the holidays.
Long-term Focus: In the normal range for my age height and build, on maintenance.
December was a very indulgent month. This round, I am focused on losing my holiday baggage.
Update:I was doing fine this week, until the last day!
I HAVE the power and determination to do this.
Primary Goal - 160lbs +/- 2lbs. 1lb per round.
to all the Newbies, and Hi to those returning for another Round. This has given me a motivational element of daily accountability.
Observations, and Previous RoundsMany events along the way will scupper our best intentions, but they merely delay the achievement of our goals. Life is for living, and one must learn patience. It takes many years to put on excess weight, so It follows that it takes much time to remove, but it does come off, bit by stubborn bit! If you stick with it! The game continues!
A lot of people get upset by apparent weight gain when they have been working their butts off. Body weight fluctuates, both up, and down, from one day to the next depending on so many factors. From my experience:- Changes often take several days to show on the scale.
- A drop is often followed by a bounce up before it settles back down. A general downward trend is the aim.
- A high sodium day usually results in a gain due to water retention, unless you drink extra fluids to flush it out.
If you are making positive lifestyle changes it will lead to increased health and fitness.
Slow and steady leads to sustainable weight loss.
But remember to live a little along the way!

Day/Weight/Comment
12/29 - 12st 7 starting again. I CAN do 10 days in a row... reasonable calories, stronglifts, sleep training the toddler a little
12/30 - 12st 6.9 oh dear. Late night snacks. On the plus side, did get 1 year old to fall asleep not on the breast or walking around the room. He didn't like it much, even with cuddles!
12/31 - 12st 7.7 body noticed the extra chocolate then...better behaved today
1/1 - 12st 7.7 working today 24h not snacking too much so hopefully will lose tomorrow!
1/2 - 12st 1.0 ok! There goes the water weight
1/3 - 12st 3.4 And that is the result of alcohol. Late celebration as I was working New Years
1/4 - 12st 6.1 Arguing and sleep deprivation. Determined that i won't be up every 90 minutes in the night for the next 3 years...
1/5 - 12st 6.6 Optimistic for tomorrow though
1/6 - 12st 7.7 sleep trained baby a bit, started accountability but not lost weight. Maybe next round
1/7 - 12st 7.5 Not quite what I was going for! I did have an extra active day yesterday tidying the house and dancing like a nutter to 90s hits. Next round I’m doing more water and less chocolate and see how we get on

10 Day Goal: I don't know. Right now I'm just hoping not to gain more weight.
Day/Weight/Comment
12/29- 146.08 (weight a few hours after eating) Still struggling to maintain calorie goal with family here.
12/30-145.64 Did better today with my eating. Hoping the weather holds up just a bit so I can get a walk in tomorrow.
12/31- 144.98 Went on a really nice hike despite the strong wind. Think I was probably well over on calories though. No alcohol, but we did have dinner with friends and family for New Years Eve.
1/1 Forgot to weigh before breakfast and then we were out of the house most of the day. I walked 2+ hours today. Splurged on a Cafe Mocha, but it should have been within my calories.
1/2- 144.98 Saved all my calories up to have a big Turkish meal with my family. I probably still went over on calories, but it was worth it.
1/3- 144.98 Day out at the spa and then dinner with friends. I have a really hard time guessing calories/weight of food when I'm eating out.
1/4- 144.98 The weather is terrible today and I don't feel like doing anything. Possibly over on calories today, but it is from another day of guessing.
1/5- 144.1 I don't believe this number at all. I have been eating horribly this past week. I managed to get in some walking today, but I did not measure it. We ate out AGAIN today, so I am still guessing at calories.
1/6-145.42 This number is more believable. Managed another walk today despite the weather, but over on calories. Only a few more days until I'm without company and can get back on track.
1/7-145.42 I have no idea how I managed to lose the little I did this round. My eating has been quite bad and I have been over on calories most days.

1/3 - 65.7kg - Drank lots of water yesterday but got stuck in to the left over holiday treats. Back to normality today and looking forward to dropping some of my Christmas bloat.
1/4 - 64.6kg - Yay! For a little context, I was 62.6kg at the beginning of December and 63.9kg at the start of Round 26 so this really is just my weight leveling back out after the holidays.
1/5 - 64.2kg - Yesterday was TOUGH. Ended up going slightly over my calorie goal but stayed under maintenance. Happy to see another small drop on the scale. Now for the last 200g by Sunday!
1/6 - 63.7kg - Yaaaaayyy! Things were a bit easier yesterday. Feel like I'm falling back into my good habits. Bye bye December weight!

12 / 29 - 185.0.....It's taken me 50 days (5 Rounds) to lose .6.....LOL! Better than a gain. 2018 will be my year!
12 / 30 - 185.2....Here we go again?
12 / 31 - 186.0....I will be glad when the Holiday Season is over and I can get back on track!
1 / 01 - 186.8......What can I say?
1 / 02 - 186.0...Heading in the right direction. TOPS weigh in tonight. Haven't weighed in 2 weeks ......?
1 / 03 - 186.6....So I lost 1.5lbs since Dec 19 (last TOPS weigh in), but my "daily weight" isn't changing. I am
using my home scale each day, whereas TOPS use it's official scale each week
1 / 04 - 185.8...Happy Birthday to my Hubby (61). Pie tonight, but in MODERATION!
1 / 05 - 185.0...had a small slice of pie & a tiny scoop of ice cream, and sticking to my plan paid off!
1 / 06 - 185.2...To many slices of pizza. Out for dinner tonight, so tomorrow could be a wash.
1 / 07 - 186.0... Gained a pound, since the start of this round. I better pull my socks up otherwise 2018 isn't
going to be a good year.
It won't be easy, but it will be worth it!
My ultimate goal is 170lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

1/7 - 144.4 - ended the round under 145...my rolling 7day avg is 144.9....I'm ok with that. Kids go back to school from winter break tomorrow and I'm booked solid working the next 3 weeks so I'm getting super organized today and planning lots of meals and filling the fridge for healthy lunches.
See you all in round 28!!

R27 (14th Round for me)
So the last round was a real kick in the teeth. I never thought I'd see those numbers again. The New Year is right around the corner though and I have my will power back so I know I'll do well eventually. The fact that I'm posting on here and being honest is a huge deal. I used to always hide my defeats. It's nice to be able to show them and be accountable and still remain determined. I broke a rib (no exercise allowed for 6 weeks!) and I've got TOM visiting this round.
Day/Weight/Comment
12/29: 197.0 I've gained exactly 10 lbs back over this holiday season. Oh well at least it's not 10 added on to what I was when I started! I'll lose it again. TOM is also skewing the results by a pound or two. Means I prob won't see my goal by Jan 1, but I'm feeling good about the rest of January!
12/30: 196.8
12/31: 195.6
1/1: 197.6
1/2: 197.4 Holiday indulgence is still catching up with me.
1/3: 197.8 WHY?!?!?!?
1/4: 197.0 So I took your advice and drank lots of water yesterday and it seems to have helped. I'll try again today.
1/5 - 194.8 Yay! Bloating FINALLY gone. Now I need to get rid of the actual weight!
1/6: 193.8
1/7: 193.0 Finally ending a round on a good note!

"This is the year I will be stronger, braver, kinder, and unstoppable. This year I will be fierce."
SW: 202
R27: 163
GW: 162
UGW: 125
12/29: 163 I really pushed the fluids again and stuck to my healthy foods. I also believe that I'm getting sick.
12/30: 162.6 I'm officially over halfway to my goal. Woot!
12/31: 162.6 Maintaining...let's hope I have will power tonight and stay the course. In fact, I know I can.
01/01: 160.8 Mind blown! I have been pushing fluids for several days. I am going to try to keep doing so. It is also tradition in my house to make greasy, scrumptious, finger foods to ring in the New Years. I did just that, but for me, I had the will power to skip it and make something healthy for me. I'm glad I did because it paid off! Happy New Years everyone! I'm hoping it's an amazing for each of you.
01/02: 162.2 Well, I am back up again on this rollercoaster ride. I spent the afternoon with my brother's family and my own watching Jumanji. Then, we grabbed a bite to eat. I had a late meal, and I know it had quite a bit of sodium. Here is to pushing fluids to get that number to go back down. I had a good day though regardless of that #.
01/03: 162.2 If I can lose 2 more oz. and keep it off, I met my goal weight for this round. I have ALWAYS had a hard time losing the closer I get to switching to a new number. I had a good day yesterday. My oldest son did great at being selfless yesterday for his little brother. He gave up xboxing with a friend to Xbox with his little brother. That's a big thing for a teen to do that for a 9-year-old. It just made my day. "You can never cross the Ocean unless you have the Courage to lose sight of the shore."
01/04: 162.2 I'm really hoping these last 2 oz come off soon. I did bike yesterday for 20 minutes, and I did drink about 60 oz of fluid. I'm surprised I'm not floating away. Lol "Don't worry about failures. Worry about the chances you'll miss if you don't even try."
01/05: 161.8 I biked again yesterday and for 25 minutes. I listened to some music and then the first 4 chapters of Genesis while I biked. I made healthy choices and continued to push the fluids like I have been. "Can you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be?"
01/06: 161.8 I biked for 30 minutes yesterday. During that time I listened to music, and I got through Genesis Chapters 5 - 9. I also made a HUGE decision yesterday, and I feel good about it. Let's just hope it works like I envision. "The quieter you become, the more you can hear."
01/07: 161.8 I maintained the last 3 days and managed to meet my goal AND have an extra 2 oz loss. SO THRILLED! Now, I'm our of here. It's time to get ready for church.

End Round 23: 193.2
End Round 24: 191.2
End Round 25: 189.4
End Round 26: 190
Let's do this.
12/29 - 190 - Holding. More training today.
12/30 - 189.6 - Stiff today. Taking it easy for a change.
12/31 - 189.6 - Going to go for a walk in a little bit. The rest was nice but back at it.
01/01 - 189.6 - I guess I just live here now.
01/02 - 189.4 - Back to work today.
01/03 - 188 - Huh. Maybe I hang onto workout bloat a little long.
01/04 - 188.4 - Somewhat expected, workout yesterday and big dinner last night.
01/05 - 187.4 - I was starting to think I was lying about it being bloat. But the gym scale agreed with this number.
01/06 - 187.4 - Holding after yesterday's workout.
01/07 - 188.6 - Christmas was easier than this week has been for keeping restricted.4 -
Day/Weight/Comment
12/29 218.3 Mom is out of the hospital, thank goodness, and is scheduling an appointment with her Mayo drs. I'm glad to not have gained any weight these last 10 days. I still have New Year's Eve and my birthday to get through! I can do this!
12/30 218.3 It's bitterly cold here, and I'm feeling really run down. Hoping to pick it up today and get all my water in, as well as some exercise.
12/31 218.3 Feeling a little less run down today, going to get in some cardio today and keep drinking lots of water. New Year's Eve! Luckily I'm celebrating with my 14 year old so I won't be drinking!
1/1 218.3 Happy New Year! Seven days until I turn 37! I usually view my birthday as my new year start. This year I'm going to reach my initial weight loss goal of being under 200 and maintaining. To that end, I will keep pushing the water and making smart food choices!
1/2 216.5 Happy New Year to me! Let's make it stick! I need to keep pushing the water, and since I didn't get exercise yesterday, I need to do some today.
1/3 218.0 Well, that didn't last long. Still, a bit of a loss so I will take it. Any loss is a win! Plan to do a cardio workout and drink lots of water today!
1/4 217.6 Inching back down! Even if I stay here, I would be happy! Pushing water, and going to do my cardio today. Three days left, let's see where I can end!
1/5 217.6 Happy to see that I stayed here, hoping to push it just a bit more for the end of these ten days. It's my birthday on the 8th!
1/6 216.3 Oh, please let's keep it here for the next two days! 4.3 more pounds and I can get my hair done!
1/7 216.3 Yay! Glad to end on this note! Water and exercise today! Keep moving in down!6
