    Round 27

    Finished last round on 138.0

    Day/Weight/Comment

12/29 138.2 Have a slight cold, so stayed home by the fire and relaxing. Next week I’ll get back to the gym!
12/30 138.4 Creeping up slowly. But still happy with this for the Christmas period, next week back on track and back to gym. 2018 will be the year I get rid of the extra 10lbs I’ve been carrying!!
    12/31 -
    1/1 -
    1/2 -
    1/3 -
1/4 137.6 wow so surprised at this but very pleased! Have had a cold last few days and have not really logged much. New Year's Eve was a huge pig out so yay bring on 2018!!
1/5 So totally forgot to weigh myself.... Again! The next round I will do better, back to the gym next week. Even though my weight is ok’ish my jeans I put on this morning feel tight! I know I’ve lost muscle and not as ‘toned’ anymore.
    1/6 -
1/7 137.2 very surprised with this. Lots of wine and nibbles last night! Will be starting Transform App tomorrow and back to the gym!

am going to jump in mid-challenge if that is o.k. I did these 10 day challenges for a while last spring, but really let myself go throughout the fall, and even more since Thanksgiving. I have started to eat lots of "crap" again and stopped logging. As a result, I am currently just under 149 pounds, from a low of 137 last April. I started at 193 in July of 2016. I'd like to get back down to 140 in the next 2 months. I joined a gym in late November, but have not been going. I am committing to change to be healthier, in both the amount and quality of food I eat, and in getting regular exercise.

    Day/Weight/Comment
    1/2 148.9
1/3 146.6 (well that is a nice start!; 65 minutes on elliptical; only ate back about 100 calories; lots of water)
1/4 145.5 (45 min elliptical; 35 min body pump class (too hard to do whole class- must have had a bit of water weight as I weighed over 149 on the 1st)
    1/5 144.6 (40 min elliptical)
1/6 144.3 (60 min elliptical; eating back some, but not all exercise calories; looks like I might be getting closer to my real fat gain from the fall- about 4 pounds I think. If I get back to 140 in a few weeks, I will be very happy. )
1/7 144.8 (25 min elliptical; 40 min body pump class; high sodium Kirkland Chicken Tortilla Soup)

"Loss" of 4.1 pounds. I'm sure it's water weight to lose that fast, but happy nonetheless. So, I've gained about 8 pounds from my lowest weight. I'll be satisfied to get to 140 in a month or two, and then need to work hard to stay there.

I'm back from my mental break. Even though I needed a break from seeing my weight on the scale everyday I didn't want to lose my weigh in information for my trending weight app, so I had my husband record my weight every morning.

    Day/Weight/Comment
12/29--222.6 Completed W6D3 of C25K. I plan to run a 5K by the middle of next month.
    12/30--221.5
12/31--221.5 Had dim sum yesterday, it was so good. Going for a hike this morning. Making sure I get my water in today.
1/1--221.3 Great hike yesterday. Still working on getting water in today. Going to clean the house and get the year started off on the right foot.
1/2--221.7 NSV-I drank my required water and then some which is a big deal for me because I find it harder to get my water in on my days off. Going to kettlebell tonight.
1/3--221.1 NSV--Coworker told me that I looked like I had lost a lot of weight.
1/4--220.6 NSV--One of my resolutions this year was to read more books, so last night, after not stepping foot in a library for over a year, I went to the library and took out some books. Now I just have to start reading them
1/5--220.4 NSV--Started reading one of books and I had a great kettlebell class yesterday.
1/6--221.1 NSV--Noticed yesterday that my jeans are feeling baggy.
    1/7--223.1 NSV--Completed W7D1 of C25K

If it is okay I am joining this challenge a little late!
    Round 27

    12/29
    12/30
    12/31 -
    1/1 -
    1/2 -
1/3- 239.8. Ate well yesterday, but was too scared to go on the scale after the holidays. Soon. here's another crack at this.
1/4 - 238.4 lbs. Doing well so far. Stayed below 1600 with 6.5 km under my belt.
1/5 - 238.2 lbs. Unexpected tom (it's 2 weeks early?) so any loss is good.
1/6 - 236.8 lb. hit my 10 k step goal yesterday (thanks to work). Bye water weight.
1/7 - 236.4 lbs only did 9 k steps today and used up those calories. Good start to the new year atleast!

    Round 27:
Ultimate goal weight is 105 lbs (I am a very slow loser so this may take all of 2018)

    12/29 107.4
    12/30 108.4 too many Calories
12/31 108.4 too many Calories so can't lose any weight :(
    1/1 107.6 better - hungry
1/2 107.4 okay, back to the start. I have not met my Calorie restriction goal yet but have increased my exercise. I will be happy if I maintain 107.4 lbs by the end of this round. My goal is <106.9 by the end of January. I would like to request that the 0.5 lbs comes directly from my belly
    1/3 108.8 - whoa!

1/4 108.1 - better. Went to bed hungry but woke up feeling fine. Started lifting heavier weights past week and this typically increases my appetite and I gain weight (not all muscle/water either). Am curious to see what my weight will do if I keep my Calorie Restriction for the next 3 days and continue to lift. Especially changes in belly fat

1/5 107.3  1600 Calories while exercising more aggressively may be the adjustment needed to manage hunger. current kcal goal is set to 1500 per day. I have to sneak up on weight loss at this point.
1/6 106.9 Lovely! - must confess I behaved yesterday and understand that if I behaved everyday this would be easy. But I am not a robot!
    1/7 106.4 Woo!!!

    Goal 140 by 2/17; UGW 130 by 6/30
    5'3", 64 yrs.
    Weight 2/2015 - 218
Lost 68#, regained 12 (to 156) on metabolism reset 11/16-6/17.
    R15 end weight 151.2
    R16 end weight 151.4
    R17 end weight 151
    R18 end weight 150.4
    R19 end weight 149.6
    R20 end weight 149.3
    R21 end weight 149
    R22 end weight 148
    R23 end weight 148.4
    R24 end weight 149
    R25 end weight 148.4
    R26 end weight 12/28 - 149.2
    R27 goal 148

    12/29 - 149
I've cut back on carbs the past couple of days. I don't plan to go too low - aiming for 40 net carbs/day - and about 90 grams protein, the rest good fats. I have to say that the fats are making me MUCH less hungry, so my calories are actually lower. New go-to breakfast -- half cup liguid egg whites microwaved with an ounce of aged Havarti cheese. YUM!

    12/30 - 148.8
Moving the right direction - yay!

    12/31- 148.6
This is a lovely surprise - not because I haven't been eating properly (I have), but last night my hubby made "fiesta chicken" with a seasoning packet (McCormick) and I almost couldn't eat it because of the salt. Holy sodium blast, Batman! I drank a ton of water all evening and knew I was retaining a lot of it, so I thought I'd be up this morning Yippee yay! (And no, he won't be buying any more seasoning packets without checking sodium!)
    HAPPY NEW YEAR, ALL!

    1/1 - 148.6
I just realized I had a typo yesterday - I was down, not up. And there again today. Good start to a bright (if cold) new year.

    1/2 - 148.4
I can't seem to keep my carbs as low as I'd hoped (40 g net), but they're lower than they were, and that seems to be working. Feeling good!

    1/3 - 148.8
AAACCCKKKKK! No, really, it's ok, because I've been right on track so I know it isn't real. But still....

    1/4 - 148.8
I'm getting a bit frustrated. I've cut my carbs back to 20-30% and calories to 1400-1500, and I'm walking 30-60 min/day. No idea why it's so slow, other than I was 145-150 for years way back when.

    1/5 - 148.6
    Inchworm, inchworm....

    1/6 - 149
    Sodium, maybe. I'm sooooo frustrated.

    1/7 - 149
    Onward.

    R26 (Christmas!) AVE = 179.23 (End weight was 180.8)
Goal for this round: Can I get to 175.something??? I DID!!!

    Day/Weight/Comment
    12/29: 178.8 Walked for 6.5 miles and road my bike for 6.6. Day 1 of 100 mi. in 10 Days Challenge= 13.1
    12/30: 177 —100mi in 10 Days Total= 22.01 walking and biking

    1/1: 178.6— 100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 4= 13.39; Total so far= 46.62 Back to eating right today, I hope!
1/2: 176.8— Woot Woot!!! Moving in the right direction again. 100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 5= 4.63; Total so far= 51.25 This frigid weather and being away from my gym may make this challenge more difficult than I had intended for it to be. It's not supposed to be this cold in Florida, and all my warm coats are at home.
1/3: 175.4—Yay! Now if I can just not creep back up by the end of the round! Would be good to keep losing!
100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 6= 14.39 walking and biking; Total so far= 65.64 mi
1/4: 175 Splurged yesterday and had fried grouper nuggets, but made myself go to the gym in the evening. Success!
100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 7= 9.5 walking, indoor treadmill and cycling; Total so far= 75.14
1/5: 174.4 Took my longest bike ride in several years today on the Pinellas Trail. Felt SO good! I’m below my goal for this round if I can just keep it down. 100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 8= 16.15 bike ride; Total so far= 91.29
1/6: 173.4 All this bike riding and walking along with eating fresh fish while on vacation in Florida is working, but back to reality tomorrow. Flight back to Tennessee leaves early in the morning. I’ll have to find another way to burn calories. Will complete the 100 mi challenge today with one last ride on the Pinellas Trail.
100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 9= 6.61 mi bike ride; Total so far= 97.9
1/7 174.4 I thought yesterday was a fluke, so this makes more sense. 100 mi in 10 Days Challenge: Day 10= 10.79 mi; Challenge Total =108.69

    12/30-141
12/31-141 I should be dropping within the next couple days....When I see myself at the same weight for about 4-6 days, I know that there is going to be a loss of fat weight. It gives me encouragement!! Today will be day 28 of the 30 Day Shred....what a rough workout, but it definitely is kicking my butt into losing fat!!
1/1-142 all that wine yesterday and I gained a pound. Oh dear! Back to the alcohol free time for the New Year!!

I'm new to this but have always been a "daily weigher" to see trends, so I'm really excited to find this group!

    Historical SW: 254.0
    November 1, 2017: 205.0
    December 1, 2017: 195.4
    Goal this round: 186.5

    12/29: 188.8
    12/30: 187.6
    12/31: 188.8
1/1: 189.4 retaining some water from a heavy New Year's Eve dinner and regretting it! Got a good workout in.
    1/2:188.6 - strength training day
    1/3:187.8- right direction
1/4: 187.0- almost there... need it to stick.
    1/5: 187.4- could be worse.
1/6:188.4-Nooooo! So close yet so far away. Tomorrows a new opportunity though.
1/7:189.4 ok. This has to be my typical monthly water retention time. I'm working out and eatting well. I'll just keep at it. But how disaappointing.

Gotta take care of the damage from the holidays.

    SW: 174
    Round 12: 171.4
    Round 13: 168.6
    Round 15: 163.3
    Round 16: 164.4

    Round 23: 161.4
    Round 24: 159.9
    Round 25: 159.1
    Round 26: 161.5

12/29: 162.5 I feel very dehydrated this morning. Got a good run in yesterday, decent amount of water, too. But then I fell into a bad habit of snacking last night before bed. Not feeling optimistic today; I should go exercise now.
12/30: 162.4 Better than a gain... I did start up with my weights again yesterday; I am so sore today! Started to track, but lost momentum after going out to lunch with my daughter. Going to try again today. Lots of water, too.
    12/31: 163.3 :/
1/1: 161.9 Happy New Year! My daughter made a delicious vegan butternut squash soup last night. Coconut milk instead of cream. Leftovers today.
1/2: 162.2 Up and down... have a feeling it will be this way for awhile until I settle into my routine again. We took the tree down yesterday. DH and my kids still have another week off, but I go back to work today. :|
1/3: 162.1 Good run on the treadmill last night; still getting into the chocolate in the evenings, though... have been toying with the idea of doing a cleanse.
    1/4: 162.7 Daily weighing's got me down.
1/5: 163.2 Going to focus on the water for the next two days, see if I can get back into a groove. My goal today: every time I want something sweet, drink some water instead.
    1/6: 161.9 More water today!
1/7: 160.5 Had another on track day so hoping this holiday gain was mostly water and stress. Reading everyone's comments really helped me to push through, so thank you all for sharing your insights here! <3

    R26 EW 161.0 LW 157.5 = included Christmas (no food/drink logged) & several gatherings
    Round 26 (previous round)
12/19: 158.0 Battling a cold, workouts on hold. At least Christmas decorations are almost done. Net calories red (barely), sodium green, fiber 20g & net sugar zero - how did that happen? 18c water. Fitbit 10,525 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 39 floors.
12/20: 158.0 Net calories red, sodium green, sugar red mostly from fruit, fiber 20g, and 16c water / trying to flush my cold away. Workplace snowshoe hike at lunchtime / 0.42 miles. Fitbit 11,013 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 32 floors.
12/21: 158.0 Little surprised / workplace Xmas party at lunch yesterday, then went overboard with Christmas peanut M&Ms while decorating at home. Still no workouts due to busy-ness and my cold. Fitbit 8,612 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours & 31 floors. Total guess for calories (did quick log instead of guestimating every bite) & 16c water.
12/22: 157.5 Day off from work, finished cleaning & decorating. Gave in to leftover pizza hubby brought home, but limited myself to two slices. 14c water. Fitbit 7,696 steps, 250+ steps 9/14 hours & 15 floors.
12/23: 157.5 Vacation/holiday, slept in, round trip by car 2 1/2 hours & niece's Christmas concert = sedentary afternoon. Wrapped presents in evening. Fitbit 8,753 steps, 250+ steps 8/14 hours & 16 floors. 12c water.
12/24: 157.5 Little surprised I'm maintaining, have been getting into Christmas candy since 12/22. Stopped logging food last night after supper & net calories red. But keeping active with Christmas preparations. No "workouts" this week except shoveling snow and snowshoeing. Fitbit 7,703 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 25 floors. 10c water.
12/25: 158.0 Christmas / dinner w/ extended family / not logging food or beverages / Merry Christmas friends!
12/26: 159.5 Yesterday was a day filled with faith, family, fun, food & adult beverages. Totally worth it! Now, to freeze some of the goodies so we don't eat them all up this week.
12/27: 160.0 Almost forgot to update...why are some habits so easy to break & forget? W-I not a surprise, have been enjoying Christmas goodies for several days & no treadmill since 12/15 oh my! Back at work, will get back to treadmill this week, I promise.
12/28: 161.0 Happy hour with former colleagues / enjoyed adult beverage & dinner / net calories red even before I got into pistachios for evening snack...ack!!! 13c water. Fitbit 7,873 steps, 250+ steps 11/14 hours & 26 floors. Considering I'm 3# up during the week of Christmas, not so bad. Used to be lots worse in past years.

12/29: 159.5 Net calories red & 12c water. Fitbit 9,124 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 34 floors. Getting back into my groove.
    12/30: 159.0 Walked 3 mi. treadmill / 51:07. Fitbit 13,675 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 25 floors. Registered for my third Badger State Brewing 10K (3/31).
    12/31: 161.0 Got into leftover Christmas goodies. 12c water. Walked 3 mi. treadmill / 50:31. Fitbit 12,434 steps, 250+ steps 914 hours & 11 floors.
01/01: 162.5 Expected: New Year's Eve splurged with hubby on special treats all evening long and did not log food or beverages. I'm sure net calories were horrendously red. Totally worth it! :p And now it's out of my system. :D
01/02: 163.0 Very sedentary day: car round trip 3 1/2 hours & niece's bday party, plus back hurting. Net calories red & 10c water.
01/03: 162.0 No treadmill since lower back still hurting. Net calories red 18, sodium & sugar both green, 14c water. Fitbit 7,577 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours & 30 floors.
01/04: 161.5 Tried an easy walk on treadmill 2 miles / 37:42, then my back stiffened up again. Reminder to self: don't overdo. Net calories, sodium & sugar (fresh orange juice & Activia yogurt) red but not horrible. 14c water. Fitbit 12,659 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 (boom!) hours & 35 floors.
01/05: 159.5 Little surprised, it was food day at work for coworker with Christmas bday, but I was very picky about what I ate & had very small portions, ate healthy rest of day. Guestimated & logged best I could. 13c water (not sure, kinda lost count). Not doing treadmill until my back doesn't twinge when I wake up, almost there! Fitbit 8,453 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 29 floors.
01/06: 159.0 Another surprise since I binged a little on mixed nuts in evening, but maybe 16c water helped. No treadmill, but lots stairs breaks at work. Fitbit 7,851 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours, 26 floors. Massage in evening did wonders for my lower back.
01/07: 159.0 Finally on treadmill again, didn't push & felt great. 3 miles / 54:13. Fitbit 10,574 steps, 250+ steps 9/14 hours (lazy Sat.) & 29 floors. Net calories & sodium green, sugar red (fresh oj & chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream) & 14c water. Not bad round, considering. Happy to end 1-5-anything.

12/29-137.4-Work ordered in pizza today and I didn't overeat. We still have cookies at home though, so that didn't go well tonight.
12/30-136.4-I took a break from working out for the past month, so today I was back at it and had a good workout-legs and glutes!
    12/31-137.0-meh...
1/1-138.2-Had to eat the remaining christmas cookies last night. Ate healthy today and got in a workout.
    1/2-137.8-Moving in the right direction.
    1/3-137.8
1/4-137.2-Had a good eating day yesterday. Didn't drink enough water yesterday, so I'll work on that today.
1/5-136.2-Happy with this today! Going out to dinner tonight, so I'll try to watch my portions.
    1/6-135.6-Almost to my goal!
1/7-136.2- Too many snacks yesterday followed by salty popcorn at a hockey game. I'll hit it next round!

    R27 SW 194.0

I totally missed R26 and I am late for this round, but I have my numbers. I've barely been online since mid-December; it was a busy month! Happy to get back to what passes for normal.

    Day/Weight/Comment
    12/29 - 194.4
    12/30 - 193.8
    12/31 - 194.7
    01/01 - 194.9
01/02 - forgot First day back to work. I actually forgot to weigh in this morning.
01/03 - 195.8 Ewww! Wish I had forgotten to weigh today. This is the day I want to forget about this, but really need to post to keep myself honest and aware.
01/04 - 195.1 Need more fiber, veg, fruit and fluids!
01/05 - 194.2 The cold weather may be bringing on a cold. Bleagh, hope it's just reaction to the dry air / pollen. Yes, we have yellow pollen already down here in Florida. The past few days freezes should back that off for a few weeks.
    01/06 - 194.7
01/07 - 195.8 If I was going to blame something other than my self-control the blame would all the eating out we have been doing. Ultimately it's on me.

So this round was a big old bad round. But I am going to take this as the opportunity to make next round more awesome then I will be able to believe!

    112171619.png

    Day/Weight/Comment
    12/29 175 Ate within calories.
    12/30 174.8 :)
12/31. 174.8 :) no party plans which should help with food temptation. We’ll see who wins out ! >:) or o:)

    2018 Happy New Year!
1/1 175.8 :( glad to have 6 more days to improve.
    1/2 175 :)
    1/3. 174.8 :|
1/4 174.8 saw that if i continue eating this way, in 5 weeks I wont be in the 160’s, so I really need to eat only 1200 calories and walk more. ;)
1/5 didnt weigh— this week has shown me “good intentions” wont get me to my goal. I may have to accept that round 27 ( my first round here) wont be the loss I “hoped” for. I cant do the same next round. :/ . I still have 2 more days... i’ll do my best. :)
    1/6 175 :| better than a gain ;)
    1/7 175 stayed the same...

    Start 10/18/2017 = 147.9 * Goal = 130.0 and 20 miles/week
    R22 * Start = 143.4 * Ave = 141.9 * Min = 140.2 * End = 141.2
    R23 * Start = 142.0 * Ave = 140.1 * Min = 139.4 * End = 139.6

    R25 * Start = 136.6 * Ave = 137.0 * Min = 135.8 * End = 135.8
    R26 * Start = 136.6 * Ave = 135.6 * Min = 134.8 * End = 136.0

    Round 27 Start = 135.4

12/29 - 135.4 - Yesterday under calories and a workout. Left ankle a little sore, but I have only 3.25 miles to go to meet December running goals.
12/30 - 135.4 - Yesterday under maintenance, no workout, ankle still sore.
12/31 - 135.0 - Yesterday under maintenance, ran 3.5 to finish December run goals.
1/1 - 135.6 - Yesterday 50 min elliptical, balanced by an unholy number of homemade lemon squares, way over! Happy New Year all, the journey continues!
1/2 - 136.4 - holy lemon squares, batman! However, did get a 7.3 mile long run yesterday, which is the longest in years.
1/3 - 135.4 - one holiday pound away! Yesterday under calories, ran to gym and did 25 minutes on a stairclimber.
About my Mini-Goal 5 of unwrapping my "Under 135" box of workout clothes!! -- I CHEATED a couple of days ago and wore the CW-X tights on my long run. They are A-MAZ-ING
1/4 - 135.4 - I seem to like this number. At least got a walk yesterday at lunch hour, up to maintenance on calories (unplanned  ) Today: dental work woo hoo!
1/5 - 133.4 - Whoosh! was not expecting that. Maybe the crown I had replaced yesterday was quite heavy? Today back to working out!

1/6 - 133.6 - under calories yesterday and ran 3.25 miles. Super happy to see the 133's two days in a row! Gym today.

1/7 - 134.0 - over calories a bit yesterday, late night extra snacks. Good workout though.

    R27 * Start = 135.4 * Ave = 135.0 * Min = 133.4 * End = 134.0

    1/3: 136.0
1/4: 134.0- yesterday I made healthy burritos and overate them. Defeats the purpose but making the effort is progress for me so that’s a start on the right track, and this is how I did it last time. Still can’t exercise because I have a sprained ankle but at least my arms are getting buff from crutches.
1/5: 135.4-mergh. Damn fried shrimp. It’s like I know I’m doing wrong but I just don’t care in the moment. I need to get my impulses under control.
    1/6: 134.2
1/7: 134.2- I’m becoming more aware of my eating habits again...and also more aware of my body. It’s not a good feeling, knowing when I’m consciously making poor decisions but it definitely feels good when I make great ones. Today my writing group went to McDonalds because only 3 of us could make it. I had just eaten but normally that wouldn’t have stopped me and I would have had a burger. But today I just compromised and let myself get a coke. Everyone else was eating Big Macs and junk, but I was content with my soda. It’s a step in the right direction, I think.

A New Year's gift from my scale, completely undeserved. I was 158.5 on 12/28 so I'm not too proud of the last few days. I'm not through with the risky season because my birthday is coming up, but although I've been overeating at least I'm more or less maintaining. Thanks for the shout-out and nudge quiltingjaine I don't really have treats at home, it's at work that I do the most damage. Then I come home and overeat things like Ezekiel bread and almond cheese, lol.
    01/02: Forgot to weigh
Oops. Having a good day, though.
    01/03: 158.5
Rewarded for two days of eating better. Went over calories a bit today, though. 3rd day no added sugar.
    01/04: 158.5
Holding steady. Doing well with food, not so much with exercise.
    01/05: 158.0
Back in my routine. Helps not to have holiday stuff lurking in the break room any more.
    01/06: 157.0
Led a fun nature walk today at work, we celebrated International Silly Walk Day. It takes more energy than you think to Silly Walk a little ways.

    01/07: 157.5
I've been back to eating normally, according to plan I mean, since Wednesday. Feeling pretty good.

    Yay new round!

    Historical Start weight: 252 lb.
    End weight Rnd 24: 225.6
    End weight Rnd 25: 221.6
End weight Rnd 26: ? (No scale during holidays)

    Day/Weight/Comment
12/29- ? - still at home without my scale, still don't know weigh but pants still fit.
    12/30 - ? - no scale, still at home
    12/31 - ? - no scale, still at home
    1/1 - ? - no scale, still at home
1/2 - 227.8 - moment of truth after 9 days at my parent's house with all the old habits that got me where I was, so naturally it's no shocker I'm up basically 9 pounds over the holidays (it's like a pound per day 0.0) but I didn't do much activity and didn't eat well so I'm not surprised. Some is likely water retention and honestly I'm not really bothered because I had a good time and I'm back in the city where I can go back to my usual routine. No regrets, I had an excellent holiday, now back to work.
1/3 - loss - What I like about this thread: posting everyday keeps me accountable and motivated and honestly I think is one reason I've been successful (holidays excluded). What effects me in a less than awesome way: people judging my weight loss. Solution: until I can get over myself, I'll just post a gain or loss in relation to the last day. Staying in the right mindset is important to this journey, actual weight will be posted when it makes sense for me.
1/4 - loss - eating is within bounds but I've been so busy at work that I've been working through lunch, I miss my lunch walks, hopefully next week will be better. In the mantjme I will fucus on what I can do and keep my good intentions.
1/5 - gain - only slightly but that's ok, had a glass of wine yesterday so it makes sense. Goal for the weekend is to get food figure out because there's no way I'm going for a walk when the temperature is -20 to -30 outside. Cold AF buddy, even the pengiuns are hiding inside!
1/6 - loss - how? Ate after 8 with a glass of wine no less (to be fair it's only .2 but clearly the way my body works is still a mistery to me). On the bright side, the bottle is done so all the holiday booze temptations are gone. Praying for the end of this cold snap up here so i can go outside again without freezing off a limb.
1/7 - loss - so what I think happened this round was my body adjusting and correcting form the holiday consumption. I think the number I came home with was mostly water weight because the number dropped relatively quick just by going back to healthy food choices and proper hydration. Don't really understand it, but I'm gaining more self knowledge which is positive. Also, planned out all my meals form the week, bought all the food and chopped anything tonight so this week is going to be awesome! I'm proud of that, meals planning is still new for me and it's still hard.
