    12/31-141 I should be dropping within the next couple days....When I see myself at the same weight for about 4-6 days, I know that there is going to be a loss of fat weight. It gives me encouragement!! Today will be day 28 of the 30 Day Shred....what a rough workout, but it definitely is kicking my butt into losing fat!!
    1/1-142 all that wine yesterday and I gained a pound. Oh dear! Back to the alcohol free time for the New Year!!

    12 / 29 - 185.0.....It's taken me 50 days (5 Rounds) to lose .6.....LOL! Better than a gain. 2018 will be my year!

    12 / 31 - 186.0....I will be glad when the Holiday Season is over and I can get back on track!

    Good grief, I almost missed the start of the challenge! Took the last round off but back to give it my all.

    12/29 218.3 Mom is out of the hospital, thank goodness, and is scheduling an appointment with her Mayo drs. I'm glad to not have gained any weight these last 10 days. I still have New Year's Eve and my birthday to get through! I can do this!
    12/30 218.3 It's bitterly cold here, and I'm feeling really run down. Hoping to pick it up today and get all my water in, as well as some exercise.
    12/31 218.3 Feeling a little less run down today, going to get in some cardio today and keep drinking lots of water. New Year's Eve! Luckily I'm celebrating with my 14 year old so I won't be drinking!
    1/1 218.3 Happy New Year! :smiley: Seven days until I turn 37! :grimace: I usually view my birthday as my new year start. This year I'm going to reach my initial weight loss goal of being under 200 and maintaining. To that end, I will keep pushing the water and making smart food choices! I hope everyone has a wonderful and successful New year! :smiley:

    12/30 167.4 stairclimber workout yesterday and tracked foods. Trying to be more committed to tracking daily.
    12/31 168.6 Weight training yesterday snd Chinese late last night so not too surprised by the bump.
    1/1 169.2 days of overundulging have caught up with me. Sigh.

    I'm in for my sixth round :) Fifth round was a write off to be honest, but had a great few days away in Amsterdam a great Christmas, daughters birthday and still got New Years to go - but need to start back somewhere!

    Round 22 start weight - 151.40
    Round 23 start weight - 145.80
    Round 24 start weight - 147.60
    Round 25 start weight - 141.60
    Round 26 start weight - 141.90
    Round 27 start weight - 146.20

    Loss to date - 5.2 lbs

    12/29 - 146.20. Oops!!!! Went to the gym for an hours PT today, drinking plenty of water but have loads of goodies in the house as my daughters 10th birthday party disco dome and sleepover so going to try hard to resist.....

    12/30 - Didn't weigh in - house full of 10 years old this morning post sleepover so by the time I remembered I had already eaten! Carb laden dinner last night though (turkey risotto) so probably wouldn't have been good reading! Ache a lot from gym session yesterday - only been off a week! Good food day planned today though and aiming to get back to drinking plenty of water .......

    12/31 - 146.20 - so stayed the same ho hum..... Not been too off track but did eat some of my daughters birthday cake and need to get back to eating more fibre and drinking more water to get things moving I think as still feel so bloated! Out tonight to a friends for New Years Eve which will involve all round a table talking, drinking and knowing my friend way too much bad food so going to try and resist the worst of it ....

    01/01 - 147.50 lb HAPPY NEW YEAR! As expected a fab evening that included wonderful food that didn't finish until 5am so did weigh this morning but had only finished eating a few hours before :wink: and as nominated driver I also drunk about 3 litres of sparkling water last night so weight probably not an accurate reflection. But new year, I'm feeling focused (daughters wedding in May!) so bring it on!!!!! Had a healthy high protein brunch and a high protein dinner planned - off to walk to the supermarket now so will also add a few thousand steps to my day

    I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay below 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately.
