    Successes: I’m back! Stronger than ever and ready to roll into a new decade. I have gone back to basics old school style. I weigh and measure every morsel and paper track. Yeah, it’s harder, but the focus and attention to detail is real. Back to reading all labels again and not just choosing what MFP’s database has in their lineup. Obsessive? Sure is. But if you want it bad enough, you’ll do whatever works for you! I have lost the 5+ pounds gained during my 2 week hiatus. Onward and downward!

    - still busy
    - celerated my niece's birthday (cake)
    - did some camping moments (s'mores)
    - lifted so heavy it was very very painful for a few days
    - stayed up til 2 am to spend time with my sister I haven't seen in 5 years

    Positives:
    - getting the workouts done
    - doing more variety of exercise to keep it interesting (HIIT, swimming, lifting, yoga, walking, running)
    - still logging
    - feeling leaner and stronger
    - scheduled a massage to support of the extra work my body is doing

    - starting a new job
    - general stress
    - weight hasn't changed much (but I don't really mind because I feel great and continue to improve composition)

    Positives:
    - getting the workouts done
    - still doing more swimming for now

    Holding steady. Noticed more muscle definition in my legs and backside while viewing a video of me snorkeling. Not looking too bad. Continuing to increase my distance running. Not ready for a half marathon yet, but soon.

    @titapelle Welcome aboard! Seeing everyone's progress on here is inspiring.

    Portion control was the hardest thing for me. Buying a good digital food scale changed everything. Such an eye opener for me. I also invested in a good digital weight scale, no more fudging the numbers by bouncing or stepping lightly.
