Successes: I’m back! Stronger than ever and ready to roll into a new decade. I have gone back to basics old school style. I weigh and measure every morsel and paper track. Yeah, it’s harder, but the focus and attention to detail is real. Back to reading all labels again and not just choosing what MFP’s database has in their lineup. Obsessive? Sure is. But if you want it bad enough, you’ll do whatever works for you! I have lost the 5+ pounds gained during my 2 week hiatus. Onward and downward!

Holding steady. Noticed more muscle definition in my legs and backside while viewing a video of me snorkeling. Not looking too bad. Continuing to increase my distance running. Not ready for a half marathon yet, but soon.

Portion control was the hardest thing for me. Buying a good digital food scale changed everything. Such an eye opener for me. I also invested in a good digital weight scale, no more fudging the numbers by bouncing or stepping lightly.0
