I had a few days feeling pretty sick.
Positives:
I'm consistently strength training 3x / week. I do a workout that includes HIIT about once a week. I added some gym cardio for the stormy days. I end up walking about 5 miles a day at work, including a fair amount of stairs.1 -

-schedule fluctuations have made weigh in consistency more challenging
-I reduced strength workouts on the weeks when I work the weekend because I end up doing functional strength activities pretty often at work
Positives:
-I love how much I walk in the course of doing my job plus some stair climbing laps I work in around the margins of the day.
-5-8 miles each work day!
-Plus lifting, pulling and stabilizing1 -
