    Have not curved in for a few weeks. Lots of trave!, Cruising and celebrating. Large gain. But, I'm back on track. 2 -5k runs scheduled in 2 weeks.

    Challenges:
    I had a few days feeling pretty sick.

    Positives:
    I'm consistently strength training 3x / week. I do a workout that includes HIIT about once a week. I added some gym cardio for the stormy days. I end up walking about 5 miles a day at work, including a fair amount of stairs.

    Small loss this week. I really need to track and Log more accurately. I have 2 5k runs this week and carrying the extra weight will be noticeable. In 12 days We are leaving on a 14 day cruise. Looks like I'll be tracking and logging into the new year.

    Another small loss this week. Lots of food over this holiday week. Completed 2 5k runs this week too. Only 6 more days until our 14 day cruise. Will try to stay motivated with the gym in as days since I have a 10k on Jan 6.

    -schedule fluctuations have made weigh in consistency more challenging
    -I reduced strength workouts on the weeks when I work the weekend because I end up doing functional strength activities pretty often at work

    Positives:
    -I love how much I walk in the course of doing my job plus some stair climbing laps I work in around the margins of the day.
    -5-8 miles each work day!
    -Plus lifting, pulling and stabilizing
