Finally on the other side of 200 at 199.2. Not a huge loss this week at less than a pound but it still put me past 200. So happy to be part of the ONE's for a change.3

Going into survival mode the next few weeks with parties- graduations, birthdays, work events. I want to stay strong and not succumb to the temptations of too much good food and drink! Down another 1.2 this week.2

Thank you, well i have motatation to loose,im trying to loose about 5lbs. This week,im going to a family reunion in oklahoma next week. Then im gonna be trying to both enjoy myself and still stay on strack so i dnt gain while im gone.1 -

Only lost 0.6 last week. Too many parties! More calories in than out but I'm back on track this week.0

My weight is 249.0 this morning. I didnt do to bad, i did gain alittle while at my family reunion last week. I did have a couple cheat days, but tried to stay on track.1

Thanks, i was thinking we were finished, i was happy we had another month to loose more. After i recorded my weight i looked and realized today was actually the weight day. O well, hopefully I'll have alot more off next week. Have a great day.0 -
Down another 2.2. So excited to be losing and feeling better in my clothes. Only 20 to go to reach my goal of 170.1

Cruising along. I find that when I miss a workout I feel sluggish. I think I am getting addicted to working out. Could be worse things to be addicted to... 18 more lbs to reach my goal- won't happen by August but will happen at some point.2

Weighed in on Monday but did not have time to enter data here until today. Excited to be losing well this month by stepping up my steps. Walking nearly every day for 2-3 mile. Takes me an hour sometimes but I get there. I have 18 to go to reach my goal for this phase,and I know it won't happen by August unless I lop off a leg somehow. But that Ok...slow and steady works for me.1
