1/8: 177.6 Packed my lunch instead of buying from the cafeteria
1/9: 175.9 Got most of my water in. Baked chicken and bok choy for dinner.
1/10: 173.6 Hit 10,000 steps by day's end. Didn't get all my water in but there's always tomorrow. Had Dove ice cream bars at work. Mine went to a co-worker. I count that as a victory.
1/11: 171.8 Waiting to see what happens after all the water weight is gone.

@nikki062181 I’m so glad you moved him and that he is happy! I hope there were some repercussions for the bully! I’m sorry you’re sick but kudos for sticking to your plan in spite of that!

Nope. No repercussions. That was a real kick in the teeth for us, and thank you. It hasn't been easy.

@nikki062181 - That is so awful that your son had to endure all of that. So glad that his new school is working out for him. And sorry you are sick but congrats on the weight loss!

My son has ADHD and ODD so change is extremely hard for him. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I just hope it continues, and thank you. I appreciate that.

@nikki062181 ... Bullies suck. It's unreal that the bully can just keep continuing. My experience has been bullies usually have some pretty major issues themselves, but no excuse!! Hope he has a much better time at the new school and that you now will be able to relax!!
