I was waiting - somewhat patiently - for what I dub, "Rabbit Poop." There it was, 3rd from the bottom!0 -

WHERE IS THE 'AWESOME' BUTTON WHEN YOU NEED IT?
I've only got part way through the list, and I've had to stop reading because my laughing is disturbing my colleagues. I'll finish reading when I get home and will forward the link to my husband who will totally appreciate it.5 -

Daily, around 10:00 a.m....and since i started adding chia seeds to my diet...they're glorious. Like, if my poops were a person, she'd have a firm handshake and you'd believe her when she told you she'd work hard to get you the best mortgage rate she could.
My poop needs to work harder...how much chia do you eat to get this confident, hard working, poo?

OMG I'm laughing so hard I'm wheezing, and the dogs are standing on my lap, licking my face, wondering what's wrong. Thank you, I needed this!1 -

So to answer the question: how many times a day do you go?
I usually go 2-3 times a day.
I went 5 times this morning and was really proud of myself and dehydrated.0 -

Wow, that is some impressive poo
That's the kind of poo we should all aspire to.
Updating grocery list to add chia seeds.
Ditto x2 for chia seeds but BE WARNED: the second or third day will be... dynamic. I went like 6 times after the first time I had them.
My favorite way of chowing down on them is to meal prep them mixed into Greek yogurt and add fruit. "soaking" in yogurt allows them to expend and become gelatinous (in this case, that's a good thing!).0 -
Re: nervous poops
I don't nervous poo but I most CERTAINLY nervous fart and I'm just not entirely sure which one is worse.2 -

Just when I think there's nothing left for this thread, y'all manage to squeeze some more out of it.5

Nervous poos! We call it Poopy Nervosa. I have IBS-D, and anxiety is a HUGE trigger. When I am eating well, I won't usually flare. But add in something that gives me anxiety, and BAM! All day on the can.
I have also discovered today that too many Epsom salt baths can also give you the *kitten*. So sad.0 -
This is best/weirdest thread ever! Lol
I’m very regular. Every morning I have 2 mugs of coffee, and poop after each mug. Sometimes I’ll also go 1-3 additional times throughout the day, but that’s not guaranteed. If I don’t poop in a day I hate it! And usually feel bloated. I love pooping lol. My husband thinks I’m super weird, but seriously I ALWAYS feel better after a good poop!2 -
This thread should be stickied4

Those sticky ones use a lot of loo roll8 -
Also: I totally want a squatty potty! Our toilets are kind of high, and I’m really short (5’1”), so my feet almost dangle when I sit on the throne, and only tippy toes when I really hafta do some work. It’s not super comfortable and I think a squatty potty would make my experience much more marvelous!3

I'm so jealous of most of you. I only go once (maybe twice) a week. However, I read this thread yesterday and ... yep, I pooped last night! Woohoo! And I lost @ 3 lbs. So, that's good.3

I made steel cut oatmeal with chia seeds this week since I didn't have enough ingredients to make my usual coconut flour pancakes. Holy cow, it's been a very productive few days. It's like I've leveled up my poop game. Ready player #2!2 -
Several times a day, nearly as often as I urinate - can't say I've ever counted! Varying volume, but usually the most satisfying volume within an hour after having oatmeal and coffee (which I have nearly every day for either breakfast or lunch).
I used to suffer (literal pain) routinely from IBS-C, and be on an every other day or less schedule. Technically, I presume I still have IBS, but I'm very, very happy that it now rarely expresses itself. There's no countervailing . . . urgency . . . now, either (unless I'm ill or something, of course). I'm happy.
Most days, I eat 10+ veggie/fruit servings, 25-50g fiber in a day's food. That's not the full explanation for recovery, of course.
Quoting myself for continuity, and to say this:
Dang you people: You made me curious, I had to count.
Seems to be 6-7 times daily, not necessarily all high volume, but good structural integrity, and a nice 'baby bear bed' consistency: Not too hard, not too soft.3 -
How many grams of chia seeds do you guys use? I usually add 15g to a dish, and i've never had any noticeable results. Maybe i'm not having enough??0
