A good week. And now the numbers are starting to add up. Plus, I am feeling comfortable in the clothes that were way too snug when summer started.
Goal for next week: Stay on track, and smile again next weigh in.

@CoLyBo, Congrats! on reaching an overweight BMI. Sounds strange to be happy about being overweight doesn't it? I just reached my overweight BMI also and ELATED to not be considered obese. Clothes! It has taken me over 2 months to figure out what size I am now. I have settled to a 12/14 (M/L) top and I think a 14 bottom. All the size 16 pants and skirts that I have are too big. Still wearing them though. I hope they don't fall off me! 😂

@tiabirdie56 Congrats to you, too! I was pulling up some super slim fit size 18 skinny jeans today. Guess I'm a 16 now! :D

    Challenge loss: 29.0 lbs
    Still to go: 71.0 lbs

    Goals:
    Goal 1: 215 - ✅ June 2018!
(time to re-organise my wardrobe, get rid of larger clothes, and do a little shopping and tailoring)
mini goal : 210 ✅= fresh flowers - I LOVED this reward and will use this again!
:star: next mini goal: 205 = foot massage and pedicure
mini goal : 200 = afternoon tea with friends
    Goal 2: 195 - onderland and and all that ... thinking Christmas 2018 ...
    Goal 3: 185 - "overweight"
    Goal 4: 175 - time for more shopping ... thinking Easter 2019
Goal 5: 155 - starting to hit "healthy"
    Goal 6: 133 - 143 lbs ultimate goal weight range ... thinking Summer 2019
Challenge start: I have 100 lbs to loose JAN 2018
    Reflections:
    WEEK 4 - I have 90 lbs to loose Feb 2018
    WEEK 9 - I have 82 lbs to loose Mar 2018
EASTER HOLS - progress has stalled, time to "re-start"
JUNE 15 - I have re-started my weight loss!! I am calling this "week 10" and ignoring the weeks I was off-track - it's a coping mechanism to help get me back on track.
JULY 07 - I am back on track although the bumps along the road take an emotional toll. See you next week!
JULY 21 - it feels a bit like "slow and steady" right now, but we all know the adage!
Finally in the next decade! YES!

    Hello everyone,
    I am back!
My bit of volunteer work ended up as seven weeks at the Volcano del Fuego.
I became part of World Central Kitchen & Chefs for Guatema.
BTW World Central Kitchen is currently in California for the fires.

So I lost no weight over the last 8 weeks, which puts me behind. The good news is I didn’t gain any either.
At the gym, my assessment fat index was the same, apparently I lost some muscle...... which I noticed, came back and did squats with the fitbar .... next three days walked like I was 88 and with pain
