Did week 5 day 1 again today. Not too sure why just really wanted a run and I have day 2 planned for Tuesday!

Keep it up so we can all do the 10k program, I just did a 5k without the app, came down with a serious case of nipple chafing, that has never happened before!! Must be the shirt, first time wearing it.

10 weeks of running and matching your pace to the sound of their music playlist.

I finished C25K and are now able to jog for 30 min continuously. Will be aiming 5km in the 30 min next. Thanks for all your support !

I'm stuck on w5 d1... Main issue is just inconsistency! I'm just not able to separate my head off the pillow in the morning to go out and run...

I ran and almost fainted today, luckily, the end of my running route was in front of a fire station and I went there for help and they gave me a water bottle and instruct me to move and cool down as apparently abruptly stopping your intense jog drops your blood pressure and you can pass out from it. I came home and research it and it's common among runners, first time it happened to me though.

@tirowow12385 how scary! I’m glad you got help and it’s a learning experience . I didn’t know that was possible

I was pushing myself that day more than I usually do, it probably had alot to do that, I usually try and push myself beyond my limit to improve myself but I went extra lol but I'm changing my approach and listening to my body now, safety first. If I'm winded and need to recover and it's obvious I need to slow down, then I'll do that. I ran today like that and I felt great in the end, and also had a new PR, ran an 8 minute mile and average 9 minutes for my 5k. Woot.
