Successes of the week: Got in steps, some workouts. Made a few good food choices.
Challenges of the week: Testing time at work throws off my schedule, which leaves me unsettled. Trying to squeeze art time into my life hasn't helped me let go of steps like I meant for it to. Stretching, sleep, and housework got cut back instead. Food-wise, I am still stuck in “enough is not enough” land. Lack of sleep isn't helping, I am sure, and neither is my dying and lying food scale. Bathroom scale has gone up a bit and clothes are getting a bit tighter. Will have to get a grip on that evening nosh session!

Successes/struggles of the week: it’s starting to feel like spring time!!! I got 3 runs done outdoors this week due to the nicer weather including the Philadelphia Love Run Half Marathon - in which I set a new personal record by almost 4 minutes!
My new modest little home gym was finished a couple weeks ago. I had to break a lot of old habits relative to workout times/activities in order to maximize my new workout space. Now that I’m settled on a new routine, I think I’m going to like this approach - it pushes my dinner back by 1.5-2 hours into the 6:30-7pm window which doesn’t leave me much time for late night grazing. It also frees up more of the evening for time with the DH.

Maintenance weight range: below 164
I have lost a little more since being in maintenance, but just to 160.8 as lowest so far. I weighed a low of 163 on 3/10 and it has not gone back above 164 since, but I want a little more cushion. I set 164 as my upper limit as that is where BMI = 24.9. If I want to increase the range, I need to lose more, not give myself permission to gain more, so I am very slowly doing that or at least try to making sure I don't do anything to get big swings up. I have the not so fun diagnostic procedure for the over 50 crowd coming up tomorrow, so I am on clear liquids only today and can't have anything until late afternoon tomorrow. So I probably will have another pound drop.
