I'm 5ft6, small frame. It says ideal would be 120-130 which sounds about right for me. :)

I'm 5'6". large frame, weight should be between 140-159. DEFINITELY matches not only my goals, but the weight at which I was smokin' hot and still curvaceous.

I'm 5'4", wrist is 6.5" inches, which makes me large-framed. Supposedly my target range is 134-151, although right now my goal is 160. Maybe I'll still want to lose more weight once I get there, but it's hard to imagine myself even as light as 151.

Traditionally, for every inch over 5' you are, you want to add five pounds to the 100 a female should be at 5', so maybe around 105. Which is a lot closer to what you are saying...

I'm a large framed person, my goal is around 160-170lbs. Believe me, at that size I dont look it. I have a lot of muscle naturally for a female bodied person

I'm 5'6", medium frame and it says 130-144. I don't really have a goal weight. I'm currently fluctuating between 144-147 but am horribly mushy. I'm a beginning lifter and I'm not sure where I'll end up weight-wise when I am happy with the way I look, but I'd imagine it'll be somewhere in that range.

Wrist 6" Height 5'8" (actually 5'7.5" but wouldn't let me do the half), frame size small. Ideal weight 126-139. Given that my lean mass alone is about 122 pounds, not going to happen!

I'm 5' 7.5" and my wrist, at this time, is 7". The calculator says I'm large framed and my weight should be 143-163. My ultimate goal (right now) is 145-150, So I guess I'm within the range.

I am nearly overweight by my lean body mass alone according to that...

    5'3"
wrist 6.75...6.5 if I suck in and hold my breath...just kidding!
Puts me at a large frame. (I come from sturdy boned Eastern European gene pool, what can I say! LOL)

The calculator is correct. I had frame measured from my elbow width using calipers, and I am large framed.
Even though the weight range is 131 - 148, my goal is 115 - 120.

IMO your goal should be within healthy ranges AND fit with what you think looks best on your body. Besides, weight ranges vary from expert to expert...

    113 - 141 on http://www.weightwatchers.com/health/asm/calc_healthyweight.aspx

    104 - 127 on http://www.rush.edu/rumc/page-1108048103230.html

My goal is well within many weight range tables.

I have a large frame :-( I already knew that but it is kind of a bummer that you cant change your bone structure.
I am 5'7" with a 7 inch wrist so it says my ideal weight is 147-163
My goal weight is 155 so it is very accurate for me.
    Interesting.

My wrist is 5.75-6 and it says small frame. I'm 5'7" and I always though I was a medium frame. Based on this my weight should be 123-136. My goal is 140 so I think it's pretty close. Less than that and I look to thin IMHO.

At 5'6" with a medium build it says my ideal weight is 130-144. Seems about right :)

I have extremely wide hips and thick rib cage and when I am a healthy weight my waist is tiny but I still have a thick rib cage and giant sidecar hips, so I've always assumed I had a large frame. Yet my wrist is *maybe* 6" and my elbow width is 2.5", so at 5'7" I am supposedly a "small" or "medium" frame. So my weight is supposed to be 123-147. I have been as low as 137 pounds within the last four years, but my lean body mass was much lower than it is now. I'd have to be at 19% body fat to weigh 147, so I'm probably going to be satisfied when I get below 160. I'd like to carry as much muscle as possible

    5'2"
    Wrist size 6"
    Medium frame
    118-132 ideal weight

That sounds about right. It was definitely where I was in my teens and twenties. Now, mid-40s? I'm not really aiming for that.

I am female, 5'5 and a wrist circumference of 5.75 inches, so I guess I'm small framed.
Ideal is 117 lbs - 130 lbs with my goal weight being 125 I'm fitting pretty snug. However it's always been very difficult for me to keep at 125 lbs and 130 always makes me feel so bad.

    My twin!
