Frame Size Survey - Do your goals match up?

I am a medium frame at 5'6 and it says I should weigh between 130-144... my goal weight is 135, so it's perfect. If I end up weighing more but looking the way I want that is ok too.0

I'm 5'6", 6.5" wrists, medium frame. It gives 130-144 which is less than my "ultimate" goal of 150. I'll stick with 150 and see how it feels when I get there though.0

160cm (5'3") height and 15cm (almost 6") wrist. Small frame. Ideal: 50-56kg (110-123.5lb).
Matches up. I'm right on the borderline of Small-Medium frame, so that is something to consider.0 -
I'm 172 cm (5'7'') with a 16 cm wrist (6.30 inchest).
Medium size
Ideal: 62 kg - 68 kg
It seems a lot. Now I am 72 kg and I have certainly more to lose. 60 kg seems more of a goal.0 -

Other sites I've tried that ask for wrist size always gave me "Small" and said I should weigh 90lbs.
I've weighed that it the past and felt to flimsy and weak.
This one gave me "Medium" and the lower number is very close to my GW.0 -
Not exactly but I'm also not sure what my goal is exactly, just smaller and toned....
It says that since I'm 5'7 and my wrist is 6.5 in that I should be between 133-147. I don't think I could ever be that small, I'm too muscular . I'd shoot for like 155-1600 -

My original goal was 160 but now I'm thinking at LEAST 150 or 140...... I LIKE being curvy and having butt and boobs so I'll probably stop at 140 and just lift and make it all HARD lol. Once it's all muscle I won't really care what the scale says.0 -

I am 5'9" (female) medium frame and I should be between 139-153. My goal weight is 150 as I have been 125 pounds (good for small frame) before and looked like death. Also, I am pretty sure your elbow breadth (distance between two prominent bones of the elbow) is a more accurate reading of frame size. I know this because my wrists would say I am a small frame; however, my elbow breadth is that of medium to large frame. Hope this helps!0

I'm 5'1 and my wrist is 6.5 in so I have a large frame. 125 to 140. My goal is 130 so this works great for me 27 more lbs to go0

They estimated 146 lbs - 167 lbs for me, and I'd say that's about right--I've never been a "normal" weight so I can't say what will look best on me.0 -
I'm 5'1" with a medium frame (wrist 5.7"). Ideal Weight is 115 lbs - 129 lbs according to that site. This matches my goal.0
