Does anyone use peanut butter powder in place of regular peanut butter in recipes and what are the results. I love PB2 in my morning shake with black cocoa powder and Silk Protein nut milk.

Not even close as a 1:1 replacement in recipes. Simple. Fat is fat.

I like to mix peanut butter and Greek yogurt for a snack. Sometimes I dip apple wedges in it.

I like to add PB, unsweetened applesauce, and a bit of vanilla to my oatmeal. I usually add a splash of unsweetened almond milk.

I love to spread it on bananas for a quick snack or just on a spoon straight out of the jar! I gotta say it is actually better than vegemite too (sometimes) lol🙀😇🤣🤣🤣

    One person peanut butter cookie:
    1 TBS of butter
    1 TBS of peanut butter
    1 TBS of sugar
    1 TBS of brown sugar
    3-4 TBS of flour
A splash of almond milk to desired consistency

When ever I have a little room for dessert, this is a go to. Less than 350 calories.
