4/2 128.2 - I let Easter be a complete cheat day, bread, soda, cake, and all! I was so reluctant to post today, but it’s been so helpful to scroll through this morning’s posts and see that I’m part of a community with many other members that let themselves relax on Easter and are not letting the gain get them down Fingers crossed for a quick rebound, we can do it!

My understating from people much more versed in weight loss than myself is that the chance you ate approx. 1300 calories OVER your maintenance is not likely and that any salt you in took yesterday from chocolate or what not is pulling water weight so you will probably be normalizing tomorrow and see some of that drop back down ... long story short your doing great !!! I am trying to be where you are3 -
I am going to post advice to someone from another member on another forum because I think this applies to a lot of people today here...
"If you've been eating carby stuff (chocolate eggs etc lol) then for every 1g of carbs, 3g of water will have been pulling in, don't stress it, just drink loads of fluids over the next 48 hours and it will subside. 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) of fat, and in theory you would have probably have to have eaten nearer to 4500-5000 to gain 1lb of fat, so even at the very lowest end you would have to have been 7000 calories over in the weekend for it to be fat. "
Not sure of the science but long story short you are probably holding water ... hope this helps keep everyone's spirits high!!!2 -

3/29 - 167 - not much cardio this week but looking forward to stepping it up next week!
3/30 - 169 - Felt heavy this morning and knew the scale would reflect it. Didn't drink much water yesterday and while I was under calories, what I did eat wasn't the best choice for me. Hoping to make up for yesterday, today and have a better weigh in tomorrow!
3/31 - 168 - Weighing less than yesterday but still heavier than when I started. Ate a healthy breakfast and lunch yesterday but may have had too many pepperoni rolls and mojitos at dinner. Doing a 30 minute strength training this morning and then get some walking in doing some shopping. Hoping for a better weigh in tomorrow.
4/1 - 170 - My weight is so up and down from day to day! I was under calories yesterday but I didn't drink as much water as I normally do. I didn't eat any of my earned exercise calories and I still gain weight. Feeling a little bloated this morning though so I'm hoping it's just water weight. Going to watch what I eat today for Easter and load up on water. Happy Easter all!
4/2 - 171 - Was expecting the increase so not surprised and won't let it get me down. Today I was able to get back into the gym for some cardio and got my sweat on listening to some good music, came home and took care of some outdoor chores and going to finish out my evening with Day 6 of my 30 day challenge. Feeling optimistic for future weigh ins and hoping to atleast be back to the weight I started this round at if not less. This may be my first round here but it won't be my last

A Miracle!!
I’ve been working at this since January 2016 (not 2017 LOL) I told myself even if it took 2-3 years, it would be better than gaining 2lbs a month as I had been, and if I maintained for a month, I was *really* losing 2lbs. I lost 12.3 in 2016, 25 in 2017, and 15 so far in 2018.
7 more pounds to GW. I lost more this month than in any of the previous 5 months. I’d always been told weight loss slows down as you nearGW, but I boosted my exercise frequency & intensity greatly. I’m going to take off the final 7 pounds much more slowly (basically recomp) & focus on fitness.

3/29 - 69.0 kg - hey, I had gotten to 70.00 for a couple of days, so being back in the 60's is good. Ate salmon for lunch and salad with juuust a little bit of pasta for dinner. Score score
3/30 - 68.8 kg - happy my cholesterol is in check, also looking forward to the weekend. Forgot my lunch card at home - not the best thing to do, since the other cafeteria serves only fast food. I'll try to find something tasty and healthy (I do love seemingly impossible missions).
3/31 - 68.6 kg in the morning. Going to eat Chinese food tonight though, so I expect a slight increase tomorrow.

03/23: 153.0 No treadmill before annual mammo 8:10 a.m. No choir in evening (director away) so walked dog 3.4 miles 1:02:10 + picked up recyclable cans along route (put them in our bin at home) / happy dog & happy me. Fitbit 18,328 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 & 40 floors (helped that I was cleaning & decluttering in evening). Net calories -72, sugar -25 (mostly fruit, yogurt & power muffin), sodium -397, protein & fiber good, 14c water. Good enough!
03/24: 153.0 Walked dog after work + happy dog / 3.82 mi 1:04:54 / stretched. Fitbit 16,712 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 & 47 floors. Don't know why but had lots of snacks throughout the day, mostly healthy (string cheese, hard boiled egg, power cakes muffin, et. al.) ~ logged them all (I think). Net calories -348, sugar -17, sodium > 1,000 red, protein & fiber good & 12c water.
03/25: 154.5 Snacked on tortilla chips with hubby and they tasted so salty. Fast food for supper (we had gift cards to use up), first time in weeks, maybe even before Christmas. No regrets, I've been craving fast food lately. But net calories, sodium & sugar horribly red, at least fiber & protein good & 14c water. Rest day / lazy Sat. at home / Fitbit 4,280 steps, 250+ steps 6/14 & 10 floors.

3/31 Walked in Badger State Brewing 10K / goal <1:35 / weather forecast rain/snow mix ~ yippee ~ We got everything the weatherman predicted: snowed like crazy at start, then rained, then VERY windy. Race had 160 no-shows. I tried not to think of how squishy my shoes & socks became, and didn't feel cold until the finish line, when I realized my gloves were soaking wet. Very happy with my time of 1:30:28.82 ~ that's an average pace of 14:35 ~ walking!

3/29 - 69.0 kg - hey, I had gotten to 70.00 for a couple of days, so being back in the 60's is good. Ate salmon for lunch and salad with juuust a little bit of pasta for dinner. Score score
3/30 - 68.8 kg - happy my cholesterol is in check, also looking forward to the weekend. Forgot my lunch card at home - not the best thing to do, since the other cafeteria serves only fast food. I'll try to find something tasty and healthy (I do love seemingly impossible missions).
3/31 - 68.6 kg in the morning. Going to eat Chinese food tonight though, so I expect a slight increase tomorrow.
4/1 - 69.4 kg - as assumed
4/2 - 68.9 - at the end of day. At least I am remaining in the 68's
4/3 - 68.3 kg in the morning... starting to wonder if my scale is malfunctioning... or are these the wonders of portion control and giving up on soda?

4/1 98.2kg I am just so confused, ate in calories, didn't eat back all of the 1000+ exercise calories but I put on half a kg?!?! This just sucks! What on earth do I have to do to get this off?!?!

4/3 97.5 that's better! Went a bit more strict on myself yesterday and it seems to have paid off. Now to keep it up for the rest of the challenge! I want my 96.5kg damn it!
