Day/Weight/Comment
3/29 /202.8/
3/30 /202.8/ worked out (burpees/planks) walked 3.25 miles including hills/stairs, total calories below goal. Food choices today were not stellar but I am only human.
3/31 /202.8/ I weigh in first thing in the am after brb. After chips and beer for dinner last night I didn't expect changes.
4/1 / 201.7 no exercise yesterday just normal routine and stayed in my caloric budget. Lost a 1.1 lbs. Challenges like this make me think about what I am eating and my goals. Will workout today. Happy Easter!
4/2 / 201.7 rode my bicycle 11+ miles yesterday and stayed within my caloric budget. Tired after that. Didn’t realize how out of shape I really am.

3/30 - 124.0 lbs Ate in calorie limits; no mindless snacking; AF; 10,000+ steps; 10 cups H2O :: Good day.
3/31 - 122.4 lbs (?) Ate in calorie limits; was sucked into a bit of mindless snacking took a few bites but otherwise stayed away; AF; 10,000+ steps; 10 cups H2O :: Good day. The number on the scale looked doubtful. Was back to 124 midday, so may be a fluke. Remember to eat meals on time to avoid snacking.

04/02: 150.0
No explanation for a loss, I was an eating machine last week. I did pretty well today, though: calories, water, exercise all on point.8 -
Age 60, 5'4" and eating in a livable way = It's. Not. A. Diet. I eat back exercise calories, or I would be starving and cranky. Hubby does not like cranky me.
MFP SW 195 ~ Goals: #1 = 150 / #2 = 145 [normal BMI] / #3 = maintain 140 - 145
Thrilled with my 2/15/18 annual physical: BP 110/68, pulse 64 and BMI 26.14
My digital scale only has 1/2# increments, and I'm too cheap to buy a fancier scale. Weigh first thing in morning / comments reflect prior day.

3/31 Walked in Badger State Brewing 10K / goal <1:35 / weather forecast rain/snow mix ~ yippee ~ We got everything the weatherman predicted: snowed like crazy at start, then rained, then VERY windy. Race had 160 no-shows. I tried not to think of how squishy my shoes & socks became, and didn't feel cold until the finish line, when I realized my gloves were soaking wet. Very happy with my time of 1:30:28.82 ~ that's an average pace of 14:35 ~ walking!
04/01: 154.0 Easter Sunday ~ not logging food or adult beverages / enjoying church & family at our house for dinner ~ have a blessed Easter!

UGW: 60 kg
Day/Weight/Comment
3/29 - 69.0 kg - hey, I had gotten to 70.00 for a couple of days, so being back in the 60's is good. Ate salmon for lunch and salad with juuust a little bit of pasta for dinner. Score score
3/30 - 68.8 kg - happy my cholesterol is in check, also looking forward to the weekend. Forgot my lunch card at home - not the best thing to do, since the other cafeteria serves only fast food. I'll try to find something tasty and healthy (I do love seemingly impossible missions).
3/31 - 68.6 kg in the morning. Going to eat Chinese food tonight though, so I expect a slight increase tomorrow.
4/1 - 69.4 kg - as assumed
4/2 - 68.9 - at the end of day. At least I am remaining in the 68's
4/3 - 68.3 kg in the morning... starting to wonder if my scale is malfunctioning... or are these the wonders of portion control and giving up on soda?

Nothing works unless you have a sustained calorie deficit over time. Anything will work if you have a sustained calorie deficit over time.
Motivation is overrated. What you need is education, willingness to eat less, a good plan, and discipline to stick to it.
According to Big Fat Myths: When You Lose Weight, Where Does the Fat Go? which is an interesting perspective on "diet" 148oz / 9.25 lbs of food/water/oxygen a day but depending on how efficient everything processes we don't operate on a perfect 24 hour cycle to use all that so you get those fluctuations. I think that is semi comforting to keep in mind we are not robots and CICO doesn't operate at perfect 24 hour scale either.6 -

Goal for this round: 155ish. This will most likely be a maintenance round for me if I’m lucky. I had a big loss last round and that is usually followed by a stagnant period. I’m ok with that; my body and I are figuring each other out! I also am in the middle of a kitchen make-over, so…I’m eating out almost every meal. I’ll be happy to mostly maintain until I can cook again.

3/29 = 156.4
3/30 = 156.6
3/31 = 155.8 Got the bounce to reverse, so that’s good. Also I have a good grill now that hubby and I can cook on while the kitchen is still without appliances. Won’t have to eat out quite as often, although cleaning up after cooking, with no sink, will be fun.
4/1 = 155.4 Was SO good to cook at home last night! Easter buffet today though so calories will probably be over today. Hoping for some exercise in the afternoon though to help offset.
4/2 = 157.4. Easter cost me two pounds, but hopefully only for a little while. I can get this back down in a few days, I think.
4/3 = 157.2

4/1 - 195lbs - my children nicknamed me the cause of obesity and with everything on the menu today I believe they speak the truth.
4/2 199lbs - ba ha ha ha- I guess 4853 calories is a lot. at least my sugar was under 20.
