    @stevephi01 I like your motorcycle analogy. The diet advice here is definitely for the open road. No foods forbidden, all foods tracked. Stay in a deficit.

    If you pick up a woo here or there, don’t sweat it. Some people have slippery fingers. If you pick up more than a dozen it may be a sign that you are posting a statement off the beaten path.

    Woos are bad? Crap. I thought woos were like "Whoo-hoo! Yeah! Rock on!".

    Oopsie, tee-hee, sorry for anyone I have woo'ed in the past.

    Woo is short for woo-woo, or pseudoscientific mumbo jumbo. A lot of people end up using it in other ways, though.
