    @puddlegoober I limit my berries to twice a week or less and that is the only fruit I eat. I choose 4 large strawberries, 5 or 6 large blackberries, or 1/4c or less blueberries. I whip about 2T heavy cream and add a little non-sugar sweetener.

    Round 38

    Since June of last year, the scale has crept up to my current weight. With a trip to the Bahamas about 4-1/2 weeks away, I need to get moving! I have been exercising for the last month or so, but my food choices are still horrible. Hoping to see some significant progress so I don't have to buy new clothes!

    Not used to the daily weighing, so we'll see how that goes. Saturday mornings are my usual weigh-in day, so I will be using that as my CW in my replies.
