Not many. Most are dedicated.2 -

Question: would rather arrest a man or woman and why?
It would depend on what they are being arrested for.
But in general if I have to arrest someone id say female. Because they are generally less violent and smell better2 -

There's getting to be a lot of crossover in my area. We have a few LEOs on my department. Some were LEO prior to joining, others were fire while going to college and then through the academy.
Our tactical medic on our SRT/SWAT is the fire Marshall.
That's cool. I know a few guys who do the tactical medic as well. We just went through some active shooter training scenarios with the Sheriff's dept. A lot of work, and a bit of a somber thing to train for. But, was also enjoyable since it enhanced both departments working together more.

Depends. Prison tats and gang tats are a red flag. Something to note.
But I love tats. Now days most military and first responders have them.0 -

Yes. While twerking.
Why I had to go to college when I got out of Marines...the twisty back flip was no problem, but I never could “pop it”1 -
Not going to read through all this..
But a serious question. What's the worst call you ever had to respond to?0 -

Damn you! You’re trying to make people hate me I know it.
This is my short and simple opinion after doing this job 15 years.
The more that carry legally the better. I think everyone should be able to carry concealed as well. Never have I had to arrest someone for a violent shooting that was carrying legally. Never have I had to take a suspect down at gun point who was carrying a lawful firearm.
This does not mean that everyone should be able to purchase firearms. I think mental health issues and criminal histories should be looked at very carefully before being allowed to purchase.
