Anyone else getting "Application Error" issues?

I'm trying to log in my food and every time I try to add anything, I am constantly getting an "Application Error" message "There was a problem with your request. Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue." Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, me too. I couldn't get in the website for several hours after breakfast and I can't get to the Recipes section or add food in a consistent manner. I hope it gets resolved soon. Very annoying.

I'm having the same problem, and have been most of the day on the website. I've had better luck logging food on the app.

Same. It's so vexing, I couldn't even log my water. I tried to add it, but it doesn't actually ever stick. I tried clearing my cache and all, but nothing is helping.

Is it just me or does this program seem very outdated? Not easy to navigate or user friendly. Maybe they should hire someone from Facebook?

This is an older thread, but I've had this issue lately too on the website version. Just a helpful hint- when I reload the page, it seems to have performed whatever action (logging food) that I was attempting to do.

just in the last day or so I've been getting this - only for the food diary - and only on my desktop and laptop. My smartphone & tablet get the food diary just fine. I ran the diagnostic tests - nothing wrong there. I see that one thread about this problem goes back to 2018!

Here it is, Feb 22, and it still fails constantly. What's going on? Where can I see what Tech Support is doing about the problem and the status of the fix?

Anyone else find it kind of telling that this old thread from 2018 is still getting revived for the same issue? :/
