I did an intermittent fasting for about a month and I must say that it really is effective as I lose 10lbs.

Why is it so hard to admit that eating less calories than you burn is the reason one loses weight, but believing a diet did that is more credible? This supports my theory cling on diets like they do with politics and religion. They fall in love with their diets so much that they throw facts out the door in order to believe that it's their diet that has done all the miracle work.

Yup. I'd rather credit my awareness, diligence and effort than any diet or IF window for my success in long-term weight management.

As you know, I'm an IF fan BUT I hear you - that is well-said.

Tried IF, worst 6 hours ever! It's not sustainable long term for me.

Man, I don't even like fasting for a blood draw at 7:30 in the morning, and I'm asleep for over half that time.
