    I’ve stalled for the summer, and I need a push. Logged for the first time this summer. Can already see it effecting my thinking. We’ll see.

    Goal Weight 12/31/18 =155.8 BMI: 23.3 (3/4 of BMI normal range for my 5’8.5” height)

    Summer holidays are over and I am back at work. I enjoyed my two months off but it was difficult being at home with easy access to food.

    Height - 5'2
    Body - Super undertoned hourglass xD
    Weight (current) - 162 pounds
    Lowest weight - 150 pounds
    Weight goal - 120 pounds (by December 140 pounds)

    I want to lose 36 pounds and maintain a healthy weight. I am a university student and sitting about getting on with my studies and having very few funds to buy fresh things constantly, means that I pack on the weight like nothing. I gained a whole stone during my first year and I want to work that off. Any cheap hack would be welcomed ;)

    If you have a freezer and a microwave, I would suggest buying frozen veggies. There's all kinds of steam in the bag veggies. Grab a rotisserie chicken on your way home and steam up some veggies in the microwave. Keep potatoes on hand as well. They last a while sitting out and you just need to wrap them in Saran wrap to microwave a baked potato if you want a starch to go along with your chicken and veggies.

    Highest weight ever: 230
    Lowest weight: 140 - March 25, 2000 (wedding day & was two months pregnant with son).
    Goal weight: 140 (135-140 maintenance weight).

    CW: 177.1 - August 19, 2018. Weigh In Day is tomorrow morning. When I first started in April, I was working out daily. Now, I'm cleaning houses almost daily with no workouts. Also staying very active with my family.

    GW #1 150
    GW #2 145 (normal BMI)
    GW #3 maintain 140 -145

    07/07 = 156.0 post-vacation w/i net calories not. so. much. Oops.
    07/14 = 154.5 prelogging & sticking w/ plan helps
    07/21 = 154.5
    07/28 = 157.5 kinda crashin' & burnin' last few days ~ this too shall pass
    08/04 = 155.5 CICO works :wink:
    08/11 = 158.0 going backwards ~ not exactly the plan ~ however, Feast with the Beasts was totally worth it!
    08/18 = 157.5 saw 156.0 at least once during the week

    Well, I'm definitely NOT going to reach my goal weight by the end of the year. Reason being, I just lowered my goal weight from 150 to 135. So instead of having 12 pounds to goal, I'm 27 pounds to goal. Here's to reaching goal sometime in 2019 !!!
