    For now I have my calorie goal set at 1200/day. Trying to stick with mostly whole foods and steering clear most of the time from breads, junk food, pasta and processed foods. I plan to stick with this even after I reach my goal- and I will reach it! I am determined :). Good luck everyone!

    I fought hard, ate low, exercised tons - and managed to lose 1 pound so far in August ! Yay! Hoping for more to come. 14 pounds to go!

    Ok I’d like to join in - need to be part of a bigger group effort for accountability. I lost weight last year, was close to my goal and then slowly regained after breaking my knee and generally getting laxed about nutrition. Most important habits to curb for success are daily exercise, good sleep, and no evening drinks which lead to evening snacking.

    @cheriepie63 - I know what you mean about the evening drinks - they flip a switch that makes me want to eat. I had to stop drinking completely, but the benefits have been awesome.

    I hope everyone had a good week. I've been on a roll and lost a couple of more pounds.

    Starting weight 158 - hovered around this weight all spring and summer. Decided to get serious around the middle of June.

    Pretty good week. Started a new job so will hopefully have more time to work out. So far, I made it to the gym 1 day, but it’s a start! Down 1 lb this week. Steady Progress! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

    I'm in a couple of other monthly challenges, but I keep telling my husband that Dec 31st is when I want to be at goal. So here I am! I want to start 2019 feeling healthy and happy at goal weight. I weigh on Fridays. I'm starting a new exercise plan this week that I hope to stick to long term. I'm excited about it.

    07/07 = 156.0 post-vacation w/i net calories not. so. much. Oops.
    07/14 = 154.5 prelogging & sticking w/ plan helps
    07/21 = 154.5
    07/28 = 157.5 kinda crashin' & burnin' last few days ~ this too shall pass
    08/04 = 155.5 CICO works :wink:
    08/11 = 158.0 going backwards ~ not exactly the plan ~ however, Feast with the Beasts was totally worth it!

    I'm stuck, I've went down a few pounds but back up again. Any suggestions on what I can do? I cut out any alcohol during the week and watching my intake on the weekend. I'm tracking everything and getting 10,000 plus steps most days.

    What is your calorie target? How long have you been on a restriction?

    I should reach my GW#1 by mid-November, and
    I would like to maintain through the Holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/NYE).

    GW#2 will be the next Challenge.

    I am focusing on reducing body fat, shaping my booty, and achieving 8 pullups (current max is 7).
    My workouts: weight-training, yoga, and volunteer farming.
    Calories: ~1200-1500
