    It has been a rough roller-coaster ride of a month for me in personal life and health. I gave "birth" to keto rash! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT google it! Don't lose your lunch on my behalf. My sister had some divine intervention and God put it on her heart to tell me to make this remedy (bee pollen/turmeric) --and it actually works! I'm sleeping better and slowly recovering. Ascetically, my back, chest and arms look like a busted science project but, through God's mercy and grace, I am recovering! Oh, and I sprained my upper back--completely unrelated injury. When it rains, it pours! I'm a survivor. This too shall pass.....2 Corinth 12:7-9.

    In other news, I haven't weighed in since, well, about a week ago or so. I fluctuated between 187.4/188.4. Right now my focus is on recovery. And, yes, the Ketogenic diet isn't for everyone but I still love it and I am grateful for the weight I've lost because of it. My body just needs more carbs oppose to what the diet suggests.

    Original starting weight - August 21st 2016: 75.5kg -166.1lbs :(

    Lowest weight - June 10th 2017 : 52.4kg -115.28lbs :smiley:

    152cm tall

    Ultimate goal 50kg/110lb

    June goal: 59kg - 130lbs- Gotta re-crack that 60kg mark

    30th June: 61.8kg/135.96lb
    ..7th July: 61.8kg/135.96lb
    14th July: 61.9kg/136.18lb
    21st July: 63.4kg/139.48lb :(
    28th July: 64.2kg/141.24lb :'( OMG why cant I eat well for more than 2 weeks, lasted 17wks when I first started :'(
    ..4th Aug: kg/ lb

    Overall Total loss for July: +2.4 kg / +5.28lbs

    Total loss since starting : 11.3kg /24.86lbs - That's 11.8kg back on- over half what I had lost :(


    Re-set. re-adjust. re-start. re-focus...As many times as you need to. Just don't give up.

    Life got busy, left. Am back now.

    7/21 267.5 whew, need to keep up exercise and water in. With being a diabetic and walking in Florida heat, really do need about 90 oz of water per day.

    Total loss for July - 8.6 lbs I will take that.
    I weigh in on Saturdays so 7/28 will be my ending weight for July. I am ready to take on August oh yeah!
