This is definitely not easy for me....I love to snack not just at night but all day! So it takes a lot to talk myself out of it.

Holy crap @57discovery - I have been thinking this was the easiest challenge in the world for you! Comforting to hear you are human like the rest of us! I mean all that with the utmost respect ;)

So hard last night wanted to snack on everything.....it took a lot not to do it!

I am more than human and use food and sugar for comfort a lot but also I like it to eat plain and simple:)

Omg Lns won today. But I logged everything even the gin yes gin so the no alcohol challenge also down the pan. Logging helped keep a check and actually I'm not too far over calories so all in all not bad. The urge is well and truly gone now. Normal business resumes tomorrow

Should have stuck with the early to bed strategy. Instead, I stayed up late writing a first draft of my admissions letter, which turns out can be very stressful to prepare... which turns into stress eating to compensate! Ugh!

Well, at least the first draft is done and sent out for feedback. The ice cream helped clear my mind for a quality writing process o:)

Going back to the early to bed strategy.

Thanks for the support, @Tolamarie and @57discovery. More to come on the topic around the admissions letter soon... ;)

I messed up last night when I ate dinner late and then had movie night with the family. Got back on track today though.
