    7/1- 86 min hilly hike & exercise mins, 11,038 steps
    7/2 - 56 mins (45 Pilates, 11 walking/stair climbs), 6,294 steps
    7/3 - 2hr 37 min hike, elev. 929 feet, 3.7 miles, 13,504 steps. Really thrilled I could do this so easily - continuously with no sitting!! Definitely stronger than 4 mos. ago!
    7/4 - 42 min walk, 6,510 steps (rest day)
    7/5 - 40 mins walk, 5,459 steps
    7/6 - 66 mins walk, 9,361 steps
    7/7 - 40mins, 7,027 steps
    7/8 94 mins of walks, 11,914 steps
    7/9 58 = Pilates (45m) & running in place/stairs (13m) 6,173 steps
    7/10 58 mins walking, 8,482 steps
    7/11 60 mins = Pilates (45) + walking/stairs (15), 5,356 steps [back of knee pain]
    7/12 big hike became a walk [knee] so,
    35 mins, 6,810 steps
    7/13 56 mins= 45 Pilates+ 11 walk5,911 steps
    7/14 62 mins walk, 9,593 steps.

    15.1/31 hours
    8,108 daily step AVG > 8K goal for July
    65m/day > than 60/m/day goal

    Week 3:
    7/15 71 mins - walking & dancing!! 9312 steps!! (Because of this challenge!!)
    7/16 127 mins- Pilates & walking, 10,242 steps
    7/17 56 mins- walking/stairs w/ hand weights, 10,466 steps
    7/18 57 mins- Pilates + walk/stairs (babying my knee & icing it) thus, only 6,528 steps
    7/19 76 mins walking, moderate speed, 11,025 steps
    7/20 62 mins- Pilates & walking, 6,364 steps (knee)
    7/21 hike!! 119 mins, elev: 550’ steps: 11,736!

    Week 4:
    7/22 49 mins (33 HIIT - walking) 10,527 steps
    7/23 114 mins Pilates & neighborhood walk
    12,009 steps!
    7/24 81 mins walk, 12,237 steps
    Boosting my steps!!

    7/25 Pilates 45 mins with weights & 14 stairs/walk, 10,858 steps

    7/26 54 mins 8,535 steps!
    7/27 hike 160 mins 15,163 steps
    7/28 hike 79 mins. 10,533 steps
    7/29 75 mins 10,373 step

    7/30 A rest day! 7,751 steps
    7/31 71 mins, 10,089 steps

    36.7+ / 31 hours in July so far !!!!!! My best month so far!!!
