    7/2 - 56 mins (45 Pilates, 11 walking/stair climbs), 6,294 steps
    7/3 - 2hr 37 min hike, elev. 929 feet, 3.7 miles, 13,504 steps. Really thrilled I could do this so easily - continuously with no sitting!! Definitely stronger than 4 mos. ago!
    7/4 - 42 min walk, 6,510 steps (rest day)
    7/5 - 40 mins walk, 5,459 steps
    7/6 - 66 mins walk, 9,361 steps
    7/7 - 40 mins, 7027 steps
