    riced cauliflower
    protein powder
    homemade calorie-free popsicles (do those count as food?)
    tiny sugar-free candy like hershey's zero sugar and york peppermint patties zero sugar

    my food scale
    my semi-recumbent bike (when i had serious knee and ankle issues, i was able to ride this one)
    ankle and knee braces
    the home gym we've been building (we have enough gear to make me not miss the gym at all)
    and last but not least, MFP. it's the best logging tool i've found - i used to log on paper, but it wasn't half as fast or useful.

    1. "Town" is 1/2 mile away. Close enough there is no possible excuse for not walking it daily--except weather.
    2. Prep'd, a healthy deli type store and Subway are 1/2 mile away. No excuse for not eating at least kinda healthy.
    Lots of other things that help a lot, but those 2 put the responsibility squarely on me. I have the means. It's up to me to do it.

    I’ve only been serious for a couple weeks but so far I’m finding this is my list:
    - meats like chicken and turkey (both stocked up in the freezer and prepared in the fridge.)
    - Lemons because I use them to flavor everything
    - Eggs
    - Frozen berries
    - Greek yogurt

    Im excited to look through the lists for some good ideas
