I had a slice of pumpkin cheesecake today, whipped cream, caramel sauce drizzled over the top, graham cracker crust. But I was assured it had 0 calories. And it got shared with nobody.

I had a pumpkin latte. So good!
I think it was actually pumpkin spice latte, advertised as pumpkin. I’ll have another tomorrow, please. Whatever it is!

I do occasionally. Subways bread just has a certain "subway" taste and smell. Not sure what it is because even the veggie salads I get sometimes have that "subway" taste and smell. Maybe it's the preservatives they use or something, lol.2 -
A whole plate of Pistachio sugar cookies
Sometimes my mom adds ground pistachios when she makes Christmas cut outs. Those are the BEST. Craving those now.

I got an e-mail from Audubon encouraging me try to bake some "Cream Puffins."
I'm not much of a baker -- I am more of a cook, but I really want to make a batch of these for my next volunteer dive shift at the aquarium!

That date platter...might just have to create a mini one for my Christmas buffet table for something different. Different's good, right??? And stuffed dates should be easy peasy so that not even *I* can $crew it up.
