If you don't have a Goggins cookie jar, you should make one. If you don't know what that is, you should watch this:

2020 - My cookie jar (I've started from zero in January):
    1. Getting to my target weight, 57kg that I haven't had since 10 years ago (-10kg).
    2. Building the discipline to workout 4-6 days a week, even if I have to wake up at 5AM to have the time for it (I'm not a morning person).
    3. Rowing for 60 minutes in intervals.
    4. Going from zero to 50 push-ups/set.
    5. Doing my 1st chin-up ever.
    6. Doing 2h of yoga/stretching for mobility and flexibility per week.
    7. Doing the front splits for the first time ever.
    8. Doing a head stand for the first time ever.
    9. Doing a clap push-up for the first time ever.
    10. Doing an assisted hand stand for the first time ever.
    11. Getting abs.
    12. Gaining muscle mass.
    13. Doing a wall-sit squat for 6min25s.
    14. Having a much better nutrition.
    15. Working out 4-6h/week.
    16. My longest workout was 2h.
    17. Going from zero dumbbells' (cause my upper body had zero strength) to 7.5kg dumbbells' in 9 months.
    18. Completing Heather Robertson's 12 weeks program.
    19. Doing a ninja jump (jumping from the knees on the feet) for the first time ever.
    20. Positively influencing people around me to make positive changes.

Wow, your story is exactly what I needed to read today! So inspiring! Thank you for sharing.

I've noticed that my Adonis Belt (that V shaped lower abs) is starting to show! Yay!
I've never had them. Didn't know I could, so it wasn't even on the goals list. I guess I'll add it on the 2021 list. Hahaha

    Amazing work!

Thank you so much! It doesn't matter how many times you fall but how many times you get up. Don't ever stop. You don't progress only if you don't even try. :-)

You look incredible! Your amazing progress definitely shows. What's your ultimate goal? Or have you already reached it?

Correction: Currently 57.3kg at 168cm (not 163. That was a typo).

Tina, really sorry to hear about your dad, hope he's feeling better soon.
Well done for working out anyway.

I'm the same height and weight as you, almost exactly but definitely not as strong. I'm 10 years older and with two kids but I started working out again this year in lockdown (Ireland) in March.
I can manage 2 chin ups and only one or two proper pushups. What do you think made the biggest difference to your upper body strength please?
