60% carbs including sugar....so...much...sugar and losing fat and am almost in my best shape yet.
Congratulations - and your success is well-documented in your thread about your transformation! Further proof that the insulin obesity theory is an outright lie, or your transformation wouldn't have been possible. Your results and photos tell the story.14 -

LolAnybody can burn glucose if they are working out. That has nothing to do with fat storage from over consuming sugar when not working out. Basic old common knowledge.
So another thread de railed again i see... hmmm is there a pattern?

You do realize this is a split thread and is tangent to the OP - a separate thread now in the debate forum - because it’s no longer relevant to the original post?8 -

Yes I do but the comment I quoted the other posted as saying has nothing to do whatsoever with the original question. Its a pattern that is so common all over the forum of any questions asked of something to do with keto, anyone against it spews all kinds of unrelated nonsense in to de rail from the original posted questions. Such a common occurrence we discuss it in our other groups cause we see the main boards turning into a laughing stock.17 -

You're saying someone is going to store sugar as fat if they're in a deficit just because they don't work out?9 -

Let's see "Can you gain fat while in Ketosis" a question caused by someone who said you can only lose fat when you're in Ketosis. Someone answers they eat a ton of carbs and lost fat just fine.
I only see one person trying to derail the thread...16 -

There is no original post. There is a awful lot of waffle about high insulin and fat storage though. A comment about eating sugar but still losing fat is completely relevant to the debate.
Can you please answer my question, I'm genuinely interested in your response.14 -

Can you read?
This was caused by a guy who said you literally 100% "no ifs and buts" can not lose weight if you're not in ketosis, the only way to lose weight is ketosis and it's literally impossible to get fat on ketosis.
There is one person who came into this thread, not knowing anything about it, throwing a hissy fit and derailing the thread. I'm talking with him right now.10 -

Then you're looking in the mirror cause you can't read and or understand that keto has NOTHING TO DO WITH EATING TONS OF SUGAR WHILE WORKING OUT LIKE THE POSTER SAID WHOM I QUOTED. IS THAT BIG ENOUGH WRITING FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND NOW?
Beautiful keep the derailing going. We all know the regulars who are good at that.21 -
