I have been known to use an excess of emoji. I don't think it matters if someone is a guy or not, nor what age they are. My own preference is to use them when appropriate. My brother had me read a text he was going to send to a girl and the overuse of 'lol' was atrocious. I remember asking him if he was a 15yr old girl so I guess that right there makes me a hypocrite.0

I know that I do not do that, but if a guy did that it might confuse me for a second but nothing would change as long as it is not full sentences emojis, and never speaking complete words. Then the man should be completely fine.0

I don’t think it matters as long as what is being said is interesting! Emojis no emojis whatever, I would rather have a 40 year old than a 20 year old to talk to! 😊1
