Is there anything you've always really wanted to do? Maybe a little part time job? You can volunteer. Find a hobby that takes up time and that's out of the house.
I started volunteering and it's lots of fun and charities are always happy to have volunteers2 -
The older I’ve gotten the less makeup I wear daily.
Almost every time I put the full face on, I look in the mirror and start wiping it off as I walk out the door.
I think it just makes me look older.
So many products settle in the wrinkles, creases and end up looking icky.
Obviously I don’t really know the best way to do my makeup at this “mature” age.
ETA:
I am addicted to buying all types of makeup.
Foundation, eyeshadow, blushes, illuminators, bronzers, liners, etc.
So dumb considering I don’t use them.1 -

I’m perfectly happy sleeping on 250 thread count sheets.
Don’t need no stinkin’ 600 thread count Egyptian cotton.

When I was younger I would never say anything if my ordered food wasn’t right or if I needed something.
I think because my mother always made a scene of some sort everywhere we went (not crazy stuff she’s just one of those people that come into a room like a whirlwind).
Anyway, now that I am much older I don’t let people walk over me.
If you say something rude to me, I will tell you what I think about your lack of civility.
If you get my order wrong, I will get in my car and drive back.
It’s a matter of principal.
There is no reason why perfect strangers can’t smile and be polite to each other.
I don’t care what or who you are.1 -

A lot of people don't know this but I'm a secret shopper. I'm hired to evaluate a business quality of services, cleanliness and so on.2

I really like helping people. Whether it's with my volunteering to drive people to cancer treatments, I have a repeat on Tuesday who seems happy to have a familiar driver to my skating. I have created a program for a friend and helped at least two others with their programs. I want everyone to do well and medal! I have watched videos of their events so I can help them win their events.
It's fun to help others achieve great things but I really just love that I can be a part of their adventures2 -
I am obsessed with vacuuming and mopping my floors everyday. Doesnt matter if i get home at 10pm....i will not sleep until i do this.1

You should feel like a goddess. It's a big deal in my POV.

When I was young I loved watching the old movies from the 30s, 40s.
None of my friends watched them and I’m not sure why I did.
I still love watching many of them and my favorites I’ve watched repeatedly.
I’m partial to Bette Davis movies, have most of them on DVD.
No special fx, simple, innocent stories, normally very romanticized.
I watched all the WWII movies as well.
I think it’s so sad that young people today won’t watch the oldies.
My own son will only tolerate the War movies.
I’d still rather watch Cary Grant than any male actor today. 😍🤷🏼♀️
ETA: you can’t pay me to watch romantic mushy or romantic comedy these days.
Ugh 😣1 -

You did not think I thought you had leprosy and a tumor
