I had a tummy tuck too. I got an innie. I asked the surgeon, he chuckled.

ETA. I’m at a cool sculpting seminar at this moment.

I worked up the courage and watched the video- without getting woozie.
    Really interesting.

Love your progress, I can't believe the healing speed.

Thank you everyone who has posted their personal experiences too.

Please update on the seminar. New post maybe?

It was expensive, 2 treatments, approximately $2400 American. But cool sculpting is what I think I need, I still have a muffin top even at 64” 115 lbs. I will be shopping around.

Yay, January is great - compression wear (mostly Spanx) & summer temps are not fun.

    Workarounds other people have used:
    1. Post to instagram and then post the IG URL in the Attach image box .
    2. Take a screen shot of the pic with https://gyazo.com/ (or whatever screen capture you use that generates a URL) and post the URL in the Attach image box.

This is a test and the pic will be deleted.

    Just an FYI.

Wow. Looking at page 1 and contrasting this photo is amazing. I can understand why you squirreled away money for the surgery. So glad your recovery has gone well.

You look amazing! If you don't mind me asking, what are your stats now?

    Thank you,
I weigh 165.3lbs as of this morning. I'm 5'7". Not too sure about the rest as I measure bodyfat using the mirror method and a comparison chart. Almost 1 month post-op, and just finished week 2 day 3 of C25K. I restarted it as my doctor said I could start running again, but to take it very easy.

I recognise those tattoos! Wow, good work lady!!
They all look gorgeous in the pictures; but, if you don't mind my asking, has your weight loss affected your tattoos at all? Has, er, the canvas become unstretched or anything?

Because of thier placement and where I carry most of my fat, no, my tattoos haven't suffered any. Luckily I never had and on my stomach, flanks, beasts, butt, upper thighs or rib cage.

Thanks for your answer. (And hurrah that your lovely tattoos haven't been affected. :) )

I'm fascinated by tattoos, but have never had the guts to go for one.

Tattoo advice that's fairly universal from everyone that is extensively tattood. Unless it's something you really want forever, and are willing to take the negativity (oh yeah, there's a lot out there)that comes with having them, DON'T.

If you want body art, but not something as drastic as permanent skin colour; henna!! As long as you take care of it, the art work lasts about a month then goes away.
