    Challenge GOAL weight (in 12 weeks) : 211

    Aug 26, 2020: Starting Weight: 231
    Sept 1: 230.3 A loss is still a loss and a downward trend!
    Sept 4: 229.3 Weight from Friday. At our fishing camp with no scale for 10 days. Every small habit still counts scale or no scale.
    Sept 15: 227.7 First time in many years I’ve lost weight in that environment!
    Sept 22: 224.4 BMI < 40 No longer morbidly obese!
    Sept 29: 222.6 My dresses are longer & looser
    ********Total Lost in Sept: 8.4
    Oct 4: 221.1 My mom's scale next door at our fishing camp.
    Oct 13: 220.3 Lower the last couple of days but the teens just slipped right out of my hands!
    Oct 19: 218.6 Solidly out of the 20s!
    Oct 27: 219.0 Well darn yesterday I was 217

    @BodyTalking yes, if only we steadily lost weight instead of the peak ups/downs & plateaus!! Do you use a Trend App? That smooths things out!!!!

    I'll take a look at Libra, thanks.

    It hasn't helped that, at the beginning of October, we moved to another state of emergency with lockdown and curfew after 9pm. I'm teaching online all day and grabbing exercise moments when I can.

    Yes, this happened to a teacher friend of mine...Gained some weight because sitting all day long rather than standing/moving round classroom...she also had to tutor TWThSat after work because husband lost his job. 😢

    That's such a shame that your friend's husband lost his job. I hope they manage through this okay 🌼

    Thankfully, I don't work at a school, it's all individual language tuition. Although I hated travelling all over the city to my students' work or homes, it did get me out and I was more active. I also sell my craftwork online, which I do at the weekends and evenings when I'm not teaching, but it's not an active job either. Thank goodness, I picked up an exercise bike and I'm making sure I get out of the house to go shopping-walking every day.

    We're all in this and let's hope we all get through it relatively unscathed.

    I was shy of my goal but still so happy to have 16 lbs gone since we started the 12 week challenge!!!!! Looks like overall I averaged a little better than a pound a week.
