Ok so I did eat bbq for the holiday but today I went even harder on myself with my workout. I pushed myself to keep great form and lift more weight and do more reps than usual. I even tried intermittent fasting today which I don't recommend doing without speaking to a healthcare professional.
Keep up the great work. You deserve the best version of you! And you will be your best. Dont stop believing!!!! (Great song) and don't stop achieving.2 -

@tiabirdie56 Thanks for the encouragement. I really needed it. I'm live so far away from restaurants and when I get near them, I'm like a kid in a candy store! It's the carbs that get me. I can just sniff the food and I'm over net 20-25. You are right though. This diet really works (like most any diet does if you stick to it). I'm back on track today and hoping for the whoosh! The sodium does mean water weight too, so I have been all over the lemon water today you told me about. Thanks again!1

@deepwoodslady, You're welcome Donna. {{{hugs}}} Today, it was lemon and cucumber water. Shedding water ALL DAY! Cucumber is very hydrating and it's doing a magnificent job today of extracting my excess fluid. I don't usually have cucumber on hand, because it gives me indigestion when I eat it, even when it's peeled. Infused in water though, thumbs up.1
