    Hello!
    I'm a little bit late to this challenge, but would really like to join...I need some motivation!
    I've got about 5kg to lose for the summer season. If it's ok I'll start tomorrow 1st Sept 2018 and finish the same time as everyone? 😊

    First week weigh in! :) Would have been better had I not overdone it on Sun/Mon this week due to social events- still managed a loss though!

    No loss, but a short week and I'm premenstrual so at least not a gain.
    Feels good to take control again and Im determined to push on for a loss next week.

    I weighed myself today & I'm 54.6kg (I'm short). Therefore I'll aim to lose 4.6kg by doing the following:
    - eating healthy and avoiding junk food/sugary drinks
    - sticking to a weekly fitness regime
    - entering my food consumption and exercise in MFP for transparency
    - limiting alcohol
    By undertaking the above I will become more accountable of my goals.

    I hope to motivate people as I'm sure I'll be receiving lots of motivational inspiration from people too!

    284.9lbs = starting weight 8-26-18
    285.4lbs = week 1 9-2-18

    I gained 0.5lbs. I went out of town with my family for the holiday weekend and there were no home cooked meals. I am not discouraged or ashamed. I know this week I will see my trainer, I will track my calories, I drink 8 glasses of water per day, I will exercise more, and I will post more.

    Also, I'm setting my food amd activity log to viewable to friends so whomever is friends with me can see what I'm eating and what my workouts were in case it will help someone else.

    Only compare yourself to your past self. Be a healthier version of yourself today than yesterday. Decide yourself fit and healthier. Your decisions and actions will bring you to defeat or victory. What are you choosing right now!? God bless you. Take care of yourself there's no one like you in this world and we need you to be the best you for yourself, your loved ones, and the rest of the world who may interact with you and be blessed by you sharing your story or by your awesomeness. We shine with more and more awesomeness as we push ourselves to be the best we can be. May you have many victories today and this week. Talk with you soon!

    Pounds to Challenge Goal = 12.2 (1.1 lbs per week)

    Weekly Update: Lost 3.7 pounds last week. Had a lot of weird scale fluctuations last week but stayed the course and had a nice loss. I hit my calorie and macro targets daily and was able to enjoy a nice Labor Day BBQ without gaining weight which feels really great! I'm in week 7 of my 90 day exercise challenge, so almost at the halfway point, definitely feeling stronger and can see some new muscle definition forming, which is exciting :)
