Bit of an up and down week with ToM, but reached my September goal, just. Lost 3kg for our anniversary and feeling good. Another 3kg to go, but it's a great start.

I've removed myself from several challenge threads on here after I went a bit crazy and lost it last weekend.
I'm no longer weighing weekly. Just as I feel I want. I just can't do it anymore. It's been the most stressful years and all over stupid weight.
I've never had a year where it's been so hard to get weight off.
It started as Baby weight after my last child who's 3.5 yrs. I waited like before till my they turned 1. My belly went back abit like before then I started.
Lost 21lbs, regained 14 over winter. Next year lost 21lbs again. And regained 14 back again.
This year I still haven't got off all the regain and it's been driving me mad.
And this time it's all been physical or hormones to blame for set backs. At least the previous years it was my own human errors of drinking alcohol etc that stopped me getting everything off. The regains I also have realised where the problem has come from. But I seriously broke this this yr.
I've been on a break this week from ALL tracking. I can't put up with the numbers anymore and I've used mfp for 6 yes. I always have breaks but I've been driven mad this time round.
Thrown the goal out of the window and rethinking everything.
Basically I was trying to get to either 147 or 140 for turning 40. This is on Oct 25th. I still want to be that weight but it's just not happening. I'm at 159 right now.
And yes if maybe I still could get to that weight but the stress is not worth it.
I feel so free right now. Back to tracking next week but not in the way I had been.3 -
