Weekly Update: Lost 1.1 pounds last week. Another week of weird scale fluctuations. Just lost weight the last 2 days after the scale jumping up for no discernible reason. But a loss is a loss, so counting this a successful week! I'm now in week 8 of my 90 day exercise challenge, definitely feeling stronger and after trying on older clothes I know that my body is so much leaner at this current weight than in the past. I'm fitting into clothes I wore last when I weighed 15 pounds less than I do now.4 -

Lost nearly a kilo this week (~2lbs), which is awesome. Just over 4kg (~10lbs) to go.
Finding the calorie goal very manageable, and getting my walking in. Going well.

Week 3 weigh in. Well, had a great time in NY and gained 3+ lbs to show for it (in 5 days!?). Hoping it comes down quickly this week...

I keep on forgetting to weigh myself! But since joining this challenge I have avoided sugary drinks, reduced alcohol and have been eating healthier! Thank you for the inspiration! 😀3
