Seems pretty aggressive to want to lose 6 of them in just 1 month.
I'm hoping to lose over 3# in September, but I'd be happy if I lose just 1#.
I'm taking it nice and slow, focusing on losing body fat (and not muscles).

This may be my last week doing this as i'm going on holiday next weekend and only wanted to lose weight for that but depending on how well or how badly the all-inclusive goes, i may be back! I will try and come back as i only have a few pounds to go until my ultimate goal.

I am back again after totally losing the plot in August It has taken me a couple of years to get where I am now and only have 21lbs to lose to reach my goal but cant seem to get rid of them. I seem to be on a see saw at the moment losing them putting it back on again. This month I am determined to at least lose 5lbs or more this month.

As I approach my goal, I’m realizing my “original” goal of 150 might need to be lowered. I might go down to 130. But I’ve been working on this 150 lb ultimate goal since March and I’m not ready to lower that goal until I get there. Until then, I’m going to stay at the same pace I’ve been going at (1.5 lbs/week, averaging 6 lbs/month). Thanks for the concern though and best of luck to you!2 -

I am new here and my first time to join a challenge. I am borderline diabetic and not much weight to lose except I need to fix myself by going back to my healthy habits I have been good but my blood sugar and weight is creeping up. I think I need this. Thanks.

Our A/C is broken and it's 90 degrees and my hands and feet are so swollen. So I expect a whoosh once the A/C is fixed or the weather cools down (whichever happens first).2 -
