Ultimate goal – 145 lbs by Valentine’s Day. By March 15, 2019 I hope to weigh no more than 153 after an initial and expected water weight gain after transitioning off my diet. I am allowing for (hopefully no more than) 8 pounds for the water weight.

Sept 15 :180.0 I am not doing well at all this September round. I’ve got to reign it in.
Sept 22: 176.0 Down four pounds since last weigh in and nearly 3 pounds since the beginning of the challenge overall. Still making up for the travels between 9-8 and 9-15. I’m not likely to make the whole 5 pound goal with a travel day (again) next week that will probably involve all the wrong foods. However, any loss is a good loss and all losses lead to that same Wonderful Place.

9/22 249.8 :# I am not totally surprised with only down a pound. More of the reason! Starting this week I have really increased physical activity. Now cycling three times a week (indoor recumbent bike). resistance, time, distance and speed. Plus mall walking twice a week. Considering when I started in May 2018 I could not walk a half block.

Total loss for September: Um... Well... I gained just under a pound.
I attained my weight goal in early July at 144.2. I moved to maintenance and recomposition. After a couple months, I started a small multi-week weight increase. I'm just over my goal range again, but it's stopped increasing. Time to get back to loss mode until I'm in the bottom half of my goal range or I revise my goal range up, which might be a good idea.
I am still participating in monthly maintenance challenges, like this one, but for now I'll also be in weight loss mode.

Feeling discouraged. This week has been a blunder. I feel like lately most of my September days have been blunders. This weekend I re-evaluated my menu and schedule as well as evaluated any possible barriers to success. We will see how close I get to my Sept goal of losing 5 pounds. I have 2.3 pounds to go!

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Well I had an up-and-down week resulting in the same weekly average for this week as last.
A few days after we returned from vacation, as I mentioned last week, both our trucks broke down. They are fixed.. but after some discussion we decided to retire our older vehicle (21 years old) and buy a newer one (2 years old), so the last week was consumed with car shopping on weekend/after work, and going here and there to sign papers and stuff, so our whole week was upside-down. We are just now returning to our normal routine post-vacation, so hopefully I'll be able to re-lose the couple of pounds I'm up. I saw 199.9 once, but popped back up over 200 for the remainder of the week.
No worries - routine returns to normal starting now, so we'll be eating at home again and not grabbing junk on the road. I'm pretty sure some of this is fluid retention too - hopefully I'll find my hydration equilibrium again soon and that should help as well.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

I, too was thrown off last week but issue my was (Pre-Tom) and I just couldn't help myself, but I hope to get back on track after my 24hr to 36 hr Fast. Then back to OMAD! Yeah I didn't bother to weigh-in, my calories were extremely high!2 -
As I stated above, I had the munchies, calories were super high for most of the week, however I did stay active, ie exercising, keeping up with an 11 yr old etc...Good thing I didn't weigh-in because I'm retaining water but I'm fasting now for about 36 hrs, so I hope my body will "restart" and I can get back on track!

2) I'm ENGAGED!!!! Did I say that loud enough? Lol.
3) I love trains (steam or diesel or whatever carries passengers except public transit) and he caught this statement a few months ago so he surprised me with my first train ride (diesel, steam was out of service) this past weekend. To my lovely surprise, this train ride included a proposal! Of course, I said YES! I'm ecstatic!
4) Talk about even more of an incentive! I'm more excited than ever to fit 'properly' into a wedding dress. We will have a courthouse wedding (and I am wearing a wedding dress) then a big event some time later down the road.12 -
