    And there were serious answers. You don't eat the peel, so it shouldn't be part of what you log. Since you are taking yours to work, weigh it when you pack it and then weigh the peel when yo get home. I have seen some post about having a scale at work. That wouldn't be for me, but if that could be something for you.

    I generally eat the smallest banana in a bunch first, I weigh the whole banana, then the peeled banana. Whatever the peel weighs for the smallest one I use as a guide on what to subtract from the other bananas (usually have them for lunch at school so no food scale available)
