    I had to meal prep again because I didn’t make enough for the week. This will last until Friday!

    Hubby wanted grilled chicken, white rice and roasted veggies. I made myself a black bean vegetable soup, roasted veggies as well and my protein will be shrimp.

    My goal is to drop two pounds by the end of the week but one will be great too as long as I can keep it down. Baby steps!:)

    Hi all, I'm in.
    Start weight: 111kg / 245lb (BMI = 36.3)
    Goal for Feb: 102kg / 225lb (BMI = 33.3)

    Overall goal weight: 77kg / 169lb (BMI = 25)
    Total to lose: 34kg / 74lb

    I’m in! I have GOT to get my nutrition together! I have put on 20 pounds over the course of a few years. I workout (run, HIIT, weight lift) 5 days a week and cannot lose weight. Why? MY NUTRITION IS TERRIBLE! Here’s to being held accountable!

    I’m in! Not sure if I’m capable of loosing 20lbs But I noticed that my progress has slowed down significantly and I want to speed it up again. Keeping myself motivated and focused on the goal seemed to be the most challenging part! Hence me joining the group!
